So I created a betfred account, deposited £20 then they closed the account because I’d excluded with them before.
I’d forgot I’d excluded with them, it was years ago, they say it wasn’t picked up instantly as I used a different address as I’ve moved since when I excluded on there but everything else was the same.
They are refusing to refund my deposit, which was only £20 because they’re saying I intentionally used a different address, which I didn’t I’ve genuinely moved house and forgot I’d excluded with betfred as it was years ago.
Now I know it’s only £20 but it’s the principle, can they really just refuse to give it back? It was a genuine mistake.
