Games effected: Football fans, Goddess of life, Wings of gold, Lucky panda, the Jazz club, Vickingmania, Hot gems, Dolphin cash, Cops and bandits.
I have been able to download these new games in the download casino but it gets to a certain spot on the loading bar at the bottom and then a pop up message comes up saying "Sorry, there is no response from the gaming server. Please contact customer support at support@betfredcasinodotcom for immediate assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused."
I tried uninstalling and deleting anything leftover even in the registry that i could find and updated and deleted old java and flash and temp files and what ever else i thought may of helped, but nothing would work.
It does the same thing on my laptop and a month or so later i tried it on my sisters pc when she was staying at my house and it does the same thing on hers also.
All the other games work fine.
I emailed Betfred on 10 April and sent them the screenshot and told them in detail what was happening and also asked if maybe the newer games are not available to me because maybe they are doing what bet365 started doing before they dropped Aussie players and baring certain games from us.
I got an email back a week later on 17th asking can i please confirm the exact time and date the problem occurred, so i emailed back stating what i had already said, that it happens every time i open those games but i opened one again anyway and gave date time.
Got an email the next day on 18th with the exact same copy and paste question from the 17th, to confirm time and date... told them i had already received this email yesterday and so i copy and pasted what i had sent before and sent again.
Receive an email on 21st saying they have now forwarded the information i provided to the software provider.
Anyway finally heard back from them on 12th May asking to make sure i have the latest version of flash player (which i did have) and then to try deleting my cookies.
I just forgot about it as it was taking so long for not so helpful replies but now there are even more new games that i can not open and its starting to bug me again.
I am going to email Betfred again but in the meantime I guess i just want to know if anyone else has experienced this or has any ideas of what else could help?
I am really baffled why it wont work on 3 different PC's and i even thought maybe it had something to do with my modem so i used my mobiles modem and tried also and it still had no effect.
It's like those games are blocked from me for some reason, that's why i wanted to know if my country was restricted as i know betfred are in the Aussie sporting market and maybe they had some licensing issues or something along the lines of what happened at bet365.
I downloaded another playtec casino and the games worked fine, but i would rather not play there as it's not accredited and i dont want to run into problems come withdrawal time.
I don't know of any other playtec that is good to play at that has fast withdrawals and allows Aussies and has the new games if i cant get this fixed.
