Betfred account closed

Just wondering if there is enyone out there who could help me. I opened a betfred account 2 days ago was the first time I have ever opened a betfed account and managed to deposit and play and I won a bit of money and today have closed my account and not giving me my money back because they said there was another account open that I never knew about. Is there anyway I can dispute my account getting closed because I never knew about the other account and there is funds in my account that there keeping. just enything with help thanks

Is this other account yourself or someone who shared an address with you?

Unfortunately if you did actually make an account yourself and then completely forgot about then years later with possibly a new address, email and phone you signed up again, their terms will be fairly black and white on the matter.
