Betfred issue Looking for advice!

Hello!

Hopefully I’m posting in the correct area but hoping I can get some advice.

I have recently won on the Irish lottery via Betfred @ 45k was soooo happy when i woke up to see this but literally hours later my account was blocked and funds withheld! After discussing I have realised this is because I have used my partners card, however I have been able to send bank statements which show the flow of funds into his account and then into betfred we just don’t have the proof that he has transferred anything to me. They have also paid out on this card multiple times.

This is super frustrating as we are a couple who have a mortgage together, a separate shared bank account our lives are totally intertwined.

I’m going through discussions with Betfred at the moment but they aren’t giving any further information apart from they need bank statements from us both which show the flow of funds which I feel I have provided.

I’m wondering if they don’t pay out what are my next steps?

I cant say 100% but judging from previous similar cases i have come across it will be unlikely they will pay you out as by using your partners card you have not agreed to the T&C they have set out.

They can however choose to pay you out as a gesture of goodwill, but obviously that is at there discretion.
