Slow Pay Betdna not paying

Hi,

I made the freeplay (sportsbet) at betdna, then deposited 20 euros and tried to withdraw 100 euros to neteller. I also sent all documents to accounting. But since 2 weeks accounting isnt answering and support says only accounting is responsible for withdrawal. What can I do?

Didn't deposit. But requested withdrawal. Complete silence.

Geez people, another OP not doing his due diligence. When will people learn to research a place first, no matter if casino or any other online site, before trusting them with their own money. Why on earth are you throwing money out of the window???
