Dear all,

I read that betat has no cashout limits at the review here on CM.

I tried the casino, i had luck. My account is fully verified.

1.) i cant withdraw. Withdraw section says i have to register a payment method. Funny i deposited 750€ with my bank account and there has been no problem. Live chat seems to be sorry for the issue and want to make a manual withdrawal. I agreed but nothing is done, no funds removed from my account. I am absolutely unsure now. I am even not able to put away the withdrawal money so i am safe that i dont lose it.

2.) i was told that when finally my withdrawal can be made (i hope soon?!) that i wont get everything at once. There are daily, weekly and monthly limits. In the review here it is clearly stated that betat has no limits.

Really disappointed cause for me CM was the most reliable place to look for reviews and recommended casinos.

I am sorry you are having this problem Harper. You can PM the Rep here. Also this post ought to be in the complaint's section under non-bonus issue and titling the thread can be misleading as this is usually reserved for posts from Max or Bryan. The rep ought to be able to help you sort out your problem:)

Just caught onto this. I'm the head of the casino and I understand this win happened this afternoon and have not received any messages from you to my knowledge.

Firstly, congrats on your win! Quite the way to kick off the weekend! :)

From what I can see, your payment method does not have a withdrawal option which is why you were not able to see the withdrawal button in the first place. Thre payments team are activating your preferred withdrawal option that you provided them as I write this, and you should be able to withdraw momentarily. Ive also made sure to bypass the weekly limit for you and you should be able to withdraw the full balance within 2-3 day total as per daily limit. As for your concerns of potential losses, I've taken the initiative to freeze your gameplay for you until the payments team can process this for you to protect your balance.

I'll also speak to the support team to ensure this option is available to other players in the future as is our current policy. One of our experience managers will be in touch with you personally to congratulate you personally.

I do apologise for the inconvenience this caused you. I'm the CEO of BETAT Casino, and I've received the complaint you sent me via our disputes resolution centre a couple of hours ago asking me to see this thread. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.

You're in good hands with Karl. I wanted to clarify his decision to freeze gameplay; it is my understanding it was a reply to your concern that you did not feel safe not to lose the balance while waiting for withdrawal activation. It is standard practice for our CS team to offer a game freeze immediately while awaiting verification or activating payout methods.

You asked why does bank account not have a withdrawal option. Bank accounts do. However, you used Sofort as a payment method which stopped us from seeing the incoming bank details. It is the reason why we need the details to process the withdrawal. I understand this may appear worrying however and we are working on implementing an automated funds locking solution for these kinds of cases.

Thanks everyone. Since i just got a great hit again can i now ask how this will all be handled? Will the payment be done manually (live chat said that to me) or will i be able to process a payment by myself? For both cases, when will this happen? And regarding limits: i can withdraw 5k each day till for like 3 days so 15k in total? Then wait for next week? Sorry if i didnt understood totally as i am german...

I'm currently seeing your chat with my staff. I believe the button is there and you can withdraw, based on your communication?

Additionally, can I ask you to communicate with us on our support channels? I sincerely have nothing against transparency and forum posts, but I am aware that within a couple of hours of your win you have had ease in reaching myself, head of the casino and our CS staff. Your email to me, sent within an hour of your winning hand, pointed to an open complaints thread with a title "warning" against our brand. You can imagine that to me, as a business owner, I'd much rather avoid warning threads being picked up by Google.

I do believe you can withdraw, and I congratulate you on your win. The limit is 5k per day for bank transfers, for new accounts, as informed so far.

Experience manager raised the weekly new account limit cap and is in touch with you already. Limits are there for new accounts, and I'm sure he will be more than open to accommodate your requirements. Kindly continue communicating with him.

it is nothing against your brand. Since you are partner to CM and show their banner on your homepage you have to expect such threads. Its not 100€ we are talking about, its more than 20k in the meantime. And since i have had bad experience with casinos in the past i make use of all communication methods available. This would all not have happened if i would have just been able to withdraw without talking to your team

But since my bets are higher i have the same right to get my winnings like someone who won 100€ with a 0,1€ bet. Thats why i dont like all these limits and so on.

I can understand you might have had a problem with casinos in the past, but past experiences should not carry forward prejudice to new business in my humble opinion (I'm speaking as a customer here) as it causes animosity before an operator even has the chance to help.

You were not able to withdraw as Sofort method doesn't have withdrawal option - this goes for any Sofort account. It's a one-way deposit channel. Hence, we need to input your preferred withdrawal method manually. This was communicated to you very clearly and very politely, as I've read.

I'm sincerely happy for your win - some players lose, and some players win, and as long both sides are legitimate, that's the business we are in :) I welcome winners, as that's the cornerstone of gambling - without you guys, I'd have no business. 20k or 200k - our business has been around a long time, and we've seen many winners of all kinds.

Apologies, I didn't address this. Limits are there for new and relatively unknown customers. CM review states no limits as after a few deposits and familiarisation phase, loyalty returns are increased and limits are raised as customers move up the tiers.

It is not falsely advertised; it's a result of a very diligent review performed by Bryan.

One thing about all of this - or at least one thing you need to understand: "cooler heads will prevail." There was absolutely no need to go ape shit in a pubic forum - especially on a weekend when most of the admin staff are not at work. Totally unnecessary and behavior like this really pisses me off.

If I was running this casino, I would have paid you and then put a boot in your fourth point of contact.

The staff are fantastic, and you always get paid.
Agree there rating should be higher.
