I deposit 200 Saturday and requested a withdrawal of 350.00. Today i have been told that i have to wager 5 times the deposit amount so they cancelled my withdrawal and of course i lost that money. Had to close my account because of this.
I made a lot of deposits there and most of the time i lost but that's gambling.I did not expect this kind of treatment.
Lana, i looked at your account. Had you had an issue you could have PM'd me prior to posting, which i would happily resolve (had it been imposed overly stringently without reason) - but I do believe we would both face fact that my team acted in accordance with other warning signs that you have previously been contacted about and in spite of severe breaches for which we would immediately close the account we have processed every withdrawal you have ever requested.
I fully stand behind my teams decision and i do not think it is fair to drag any casino through mud publicly with half-truths when we cannot disclose your personal information to shed light on the situation.
For the public record, and as explained previously: requesting players to wager multiple times their deposit amount is exclusively reserved for extreme high suspicion cases, such as this one. This however is not the norm.

surely you didn't lose all just because you had to wager £1k?
you got your balance up to a withdrawable £350 with bonus off, you must of done a fair bit of that 1k anyway when wagering to get too that balance?
I had bad runs on untamed giant panda (90c) and mystic dreams (1.50). Anyway i don't complain because i've had a great hit on isis this weekend.
Anyway i have nothing more to say regarding this issue except that i am not going to apologise for sharing my experience with that casino.
I had problems because of an account with the same adress but that problem has been resolved.
I never claimed that they are a bad casino or something, i only described what happend to me and that i closed my account because of this.

well them stakes you MUST of already done a lot of the 1k wr. what you said is that you LOST your balance through having to do the 1k wr. I don't believe this at all.
you lost your balance BECAUSE you tilted with these bets obviously trying to do the extra wr. that is not the casinos fault, its yours I am afraid.
giant panda ate most of my balance. Got the free spins 2 times but no hit. It really went down very fast.
It is possible that i reached the wr when i had 150 left but then i didn't care anymore. I was angry because of this all.
When i asked support why my withdrawal is still pending i received the following answer:
"Jorge: 8.24 A deposit must be wagered a minimum of 5(five)times before being withdrawn. The casino will not process withdrawals for a player should the player’s lifetime real money wagering fall beneath 5(five) times the total amount of funds deposited to the casino by the player."
So i thought that everyone else need to wager deposit x 5 too. If i knew before that i have to wager 5 times the deposit because of the problems last week i would have send a PM to Igor regarding this all.
I didn't know that they have special rules for 'suspicious' players like me.
Last week their support told me that everything was fine with my account.

Or my english not so good? If yes, fire this guy who told you so...There is really nothing to do, just sit and translate, 15-20 hours to translate all including terms.
Doing it the right way around takes time - no white labels of other operations etc. Direct integrations with full licencing have seen us expand our original 3-month projection into 6 months and it's looking now at realistic 9 months for full deployment. I'd venture a risk and say you should see us double up in our games portfolio around April.
You need more games, but looks like Igor knows this and soon we will see a lot of new slots.
