A 'high suspicion cases' ?? Because another Person in the appartment building where i live had an account with your casino ? I always play without bonuses so what was the problem with my account ? surely you didn't lose all just because you had to wager £1k?

you got your balance up to a withdrawable £350 with bonus off, you must of done a fair bit of that 1k anyway when wagering to get too that balance?

Anyway i have nothing more to say regarding this issue except that i am not going to apologise for sharing my experience with that casino.

I had sort of the same problem but with the x60 bonus wr. I managed to get my money up to £750.00 but I had dipped into the bonus funds first! so I had the full 12k wagering to do off a £200 bonus. of course I lost the lot, no chance of getting through that wr!

but you should of just asked what was left to wager of the 1k, and reduce your stake just to get too this extra wr. then cashed out. you might of won a little more, or gone downhill a bit, but you would still of had a cashout.

we all gotta learn by our mistakes. I had a lot of moan about the high x60 wr, I always seemed to get the big wins when dipped into bonus money, then had no chance to achieve the wr!

Before you could mouse over the game and it would tell you the RTP (albeit a lot of them were wrong as I pointed out to Igor), but now it's just gone completely?

Last time I looked the RTPs appeared to have been corrected (BDBA was listed correctly for example, which it wasn't before), but now there's no information at all - Igor is the RTP information still a WIP or something?

As mentioned, in these cases, pop into chat. Often bonuses can be credited (not always of course) and it's always a good idea to look under eligible promotions before depositing or asking live chat what's running, or will be running shortly.

And sometimes, offers just go on the board after someone deposits, which is pretty much any given day.

just for information sake, morning emails end up unopened massively. afternoon is more accepted, opened and engaged in. likewise, emailing a day early has low response uptake.

From personal perspective, there will always be someone that "just missed it" - when serving globally there is always a hemisphere that would like it one way or another and its impossible to please all. I wish we could, but it's simply not feasible.

My Kudos to betat

After their great scavenger hunt which i really enjoyed taking part, i made a deposit witht hem today as i really started to like them for their way of handling their business, esspecially their presence here on cm. It creates a good connection and trust between operator and player.

Long story short, I finally hit sth decent (posted a screen in ws), before my luck was kind of bad at betat. translate betat tooks few months? Or my english not so good? If yes, fire this guy who told you so...There is really nothing to do, just sit and translate, 15-20 hours to translate all including terms.
Anyway, as i told, if something in this case needed, i am always more than welcome to help, expecially to you Igor and your casino.
And as suggestion, ask your designer to change logo on russian, there is no letter n in russian, so betat РОССNЯ incorrect, should be РОССИЯ. One minute of work.

Betat IMO is excellent in just about every way.

The only issue I have is game selection.

For my country, the games are stock standard MG flash plus a handful of leander games (awful IMO) and couple of others that are standard elsewhere. If I want a pure MG fix, then I cannot go past 32Red.

I would love to see betat add to their collection so I can play there some more. Variety is the name of the game in online gaming these days!

I managed to win £250, with 1x WR and ended up withdrawing £230, mainly due to IR being even tighter than it has already been recently (bonus rounds of 7x and 8x stake on the Michael feature!!! you can normally rely on at least a 20x for that feature).
