Hate to disappoint, but we worked on calculations and mix of variance, rtp and hit frequency when we decided on those. We'll see how it goes forward and perhaps change in future.

The system does currently enable 1-tap useability after every skrill transaction made by a customer. We do this to facilitate future deposits with skrill as many players do tend to prefer to use the one tap option over the default since it is faster. However, choice certainly should take precedent here and Ill make sure that players can choose whether to automatically enable 1 tap for future deposits on their account or whether they prefer it not to been enabled.

Quick update, all..

We have brought the fix forward and deployed it tonight rather than wait until Monday.

Game connectivity errors should be alleviated and lag on games has dropped drastically, so you should finally have a much more pleasant experience all round.

That's pretty normal, most sites will do this, i.e. make sure they refund the grand total of ALL your debit/credit card deposits before allowing alternative w/d methods. It's in the terms.

I've never had a problem anywhere else.
But the other problem is that my debit card expired this month and the card which replaced it has a slightly different number. There doesn't seem to be anywhere on the site to update card details.

You can do it through live chat. I agree it's annoying when you change card number, as usually you need to deposit once with the new number and then because you've got 2 cards then registered, you can delete the former one.

It's all been sorted now. They eventually decided that because I'm a regular customer, they'd do the withdrawal to neteller after all
