Betat - £20 Max Cashout on free spins and no deposit bonuses

This is a new rule implemented by Betat, for your information (Don't think i've ever seen one so low)

8.27 Unless otherwise stipulated, withdrawals stemming from complimentary free spins or no-deposit bonuses will be capped at a maximum amount of £/$/€20/NOK/SEK200/RUB1500, irrespective of the amount of bonus funds turned real. Deposits placed while the player has an active bankroll obtained from said free spins promotions will be refunded and the cap implemented irrespective of gameplay following the deposit.

You would think that is a typo!!! 20 measly bucks when you probably have to wager for a few hours to even turn the bonus funds into real cash.

If this one is true then i won't be accepting any complimentary free spins or NDB's in the future. Would just be wasting my time trying to get to a 20$ withdrawal

Nope no typo - Vaughan credited me this morning after i lost a few quid over the weekend and i just asked if there was any max cashout and he informed me of the "new £20 rule". I asked him to remove the bonus as it just wasn't worth playing

Hard to believe indeed, but mac72 got the paragraph from the CS agent when asking if there is a max. cashout on the FS/NDB. So it is somewhere written in black&white.

Would be maybe good if you change that paragraph and add the info to make it clear and avoid misunderstandings.

TBH, my last 3 withdrawals in the past week were paid: 1. instant, 2. 4hrs 9mins and 3. 18mins ... have not seen any changes there, still very satisfied with the speed.

Its in your t+c's in black and white so why does it not say "not applicable for those who have made a deposit at the site, no maximum cashout for those players"

This term is not applicable to depositing players and hence should never even have been brought up in the first place.

If it wasnt for the hundreds of freebie hunter players who sign up everyday to try and get a free lunch, then there wouldnt be any need for such terms, hence, they are only used for the profile of player which requires them. Unfortunately the reality is that such players do exist, so we need to duly protect ourselves.

You made a deposit and approached CS for a comp, which was duly credited. We never, ever, apply max cashouts to comps on lost deposits, so i find it very strange that he would be pointing to such a term which has absolutely no relevance to what you have received, upon asking him if there is a max cashout. So yes, I will be speaking with the CS team to resolve this and ensure the agents are better equipped to handle such queries and especially refrain to pointing to terms which are completely unrelated to the matter at hand.

Thx for this post! Was hoping to get an answer like this. Would you have any info about those cashout delays there seems to be going on ? Live chat has said about some queues...

edit: There is many players atm waiting their cashout to be processed. This info is from other forum. I have one tiny cashout made today so lets see how it goes. Waiting times are from few hours up to 3 days. Everyone has been told by live chat agents that they will contact payment team to speed up processes and others are told about queues etc etc...any comments on this Karl ?

You used to have a term like this but it stated £200 and because of the inferior wording of that term also i always checked when receiving any such loyalty what the max cashouts were.If you clearly stated as above for non depositing players and added a line confirming no max cashout for the rest this would not be needed. Vaughan knew this was a "new" term with the £20 and i still say all he did was promote to me what was published.Had i decided to trawl through the terms and conditions, reading of that term would have brought me to the exact same conclusion as the one he advised me of.
So i suppose you know about all these exclusions but decide not to tell anyone so some newbie (or regular reviewing t+c's) visiting the site can read your t+c's and decide "hey this ain't for me" and won't bother playing with you.
Anyway better to "spank" the poor guy in CS, than somebody higher up the foodchain actually taking responsibilty for doing a shit poor job.

T+C's are a very touchy subject for me,just ask Michael. If they aren't CRYSTAL clear in my opinion the guy writing them isn't doing his job.

I just wish BETAT was exactly the way it used to be.You guys used to get over 50% of my online play and i keep asking why the bonuses and promos haven't been reinstated as i always liked playing with you,found you more than honourable (i won near 7k off the welcome bonus and was paid in full and on time as per the T+C's) enjoyed your promos and had a great relationship with Michael who i trusted implicitly. Somebody sort that out and i'd be glad to be back on a regular basis.

My friend also has been facing these same issues/explanations. And all these players have been verified earlier and with no problems with cashouts or anything. And 100% sure that all t/c has been followed.

So in my mind comes 2 questions:
1. Why are players given different information in same issue ?
2. What are these routine checks and where did they came up suddenly ? And how can these checks take days ?

and its not a player or 2 we are talking about. seems that its much bigger group of customers in this hazzle atm.

There have been reported delays, which sometimes happen when there is a large spike after a huge campaign such as the Jimi Hendrix one.

That is not to say that routine checks dont happen, of course they do. But if you are experiencing a slight delay at the moment it is simply backlog due to the weekend campaign.
