Hello forum people!
My story similar to Intertop Poker story. Bet365poker refuse to give me my bonus money. I did not have any problem to play poker at different poker sites and did not have any problem with bonus which they are offered. But this guys - are something!
This are two emails from their support:
1 - In order to reward existing customers and attract new customers, bet365make regular offers such as bonuses and free bets. These offers are expensive and bet365 policy is therefore not to allow them to customer accounts where we consider that the offers could make a significant difference to the likely profitability of this account. Unfortunately your account has been identified in this way, and whilst you may continue to bet with bet365, we are notifying you that your account will not be eligible for bet365 offers in future.
2 - We would like to draw your attention to point 3c) of our terms and conditions governing the $100 Free Chips for New Customers offer. "The offer is available to genuine players only, genuine players being ones that are active /participating in games with the intention of winning pots. Any players who attempt to abuse the offer by contributing only the small/big blinds with no intention to actively participate in games will forfeit the right to claim any bonus chips." In view of this, we are unable to credit any poker bonus chips. Please be advised that whilst you may continue to play on bet365poker, we are notifying you that your account will not be eligible for bet365 offers in future.
I attached files with their bonus terms and a few of my hands hitory snapshots.
Did you find in their bonus terms for instance ..... "that players have to make a significant difference to the likely profitability of this account"? I did not!
Tell me please - Am I abuse their bonus rules or not?

Bet365 and Intertops are well known for not paying out bonuses. Their claim is that if you do not play loose you are not a "genuine" player. They have a casino mentality of a casino which does not work in the poker world. If you signed up through an affiliate go to them and they can help. I had to go to Intertops with endless player complaints about this same crap. Players even provided PT screenshots that proved they did not just play sb and bb like Intertops accused. When this was proved wrong Intertops went to the "genuine player" argument.

Both Intertops and Bet365 have been delisted (and blacklisted at one point) from the site I work for because of this type of behavior. There are several Prima skins IMO that are run very poorly. Do your homework when signing up for them as there are many great ones but there are certainly several poor ones to avoid.

First of all I`m very appreciate you both for support and comments! I signed up through PokerListings. I wrote them 4 days ago and 2 days ago - via web site and via e-mail. As a result - no even any replies from them. They keep a silence like a grave. That`s it!

I have heard a few complaints lately about how Pokerlisting's have avoided player issues with sites they promote. Have you gone to their forum with this? I guess that is what you meant by going to their website. At least get it out in the open. You will probably see how others will come out with the same problem. They are a huge affiliate and I am sure they have pull with Bet365 if they give it a shot.

Don't give up!

Unless of course they delete negative posts in the forum....at least if they do that with yours, you'll know where you stand.

If that fails, PAB with Bryan :D

As they wrote at their web site, they answering during 48 hours. I hoped they will answer with bad or good news or whatever. I decided to give them another 48 hours. But today is a dead line. Enough. I will put "open letter" at their Poker Forum. We`ll see!

If you only played hands where you were in the blinds 365 have a point. Otherwise they are out of order.

I play tight agg like nearly all strategy books say you should. My saw flop stats for full ring would be between 15-22%. It can sometimes be as low as 10% over 500 hands when Im being dealt crap and as high as 30%+ on loose passive tables (Tribecca LOL).

I dont play on the Prima network apart from ladbrokes (Which I think is seperate from the main network??) but it seems quite tight overall so I would say unless your saw flop % is like 5% they have an obligation to pay you yur bonus as per their T&Cs.

I do not understand, but why do you telling me about %. Rules is a rules. They have a very clear and simple explanation about bonus abuse:
"Any players who attempt to abuse the offer by contributing ONLY the small/big blinds with no intention to actively participate in games will forfeit the right to claim any bonus chips".
That`s it.
Finally, PokerListings decided to give me an answer:
Thank you for contacting PokerListings.com. We have contacted Bet365.com on your behalf in regard to this issue. We have requested an explanation as well as a direct response to you. You should have a resolution very soon. Hope this has been of some help.

FINAL VERDICT

It seems that according to your account, you have shown practice of bonus abuse. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do as these are the rules of the room and do not affect our promotion with them. Please keep in mind that these rules are very commonplace among all online poker rooms. We have attached the response below from Bet365 Poker. Best of luck to you in the future.

Hi Steve
Ive had a chance to look into the below players account. It is without question that he is a bonus seeker, with whom we were initially lenient.
Thanks
Matthew

This is only common at Bet365 and Intertops. Neither have the best attitude or reputation. Pokerlistings should be ashamed of themselves for promoting Bet365. If they are OK with answers like this from a poker room and continue to promote them then I would look elsewhere for poker rooms. The fact they offer a bonus and you accepted it and played the required raked hands is all that matters. I'm sorry you found out this way that this is how Bet365 operates. I would demand to Poker Listings to either pay you the bonus or remove them from their site to prevent other players from being taken.

Bet365 made money off of you and still has not kept their word. It happens all the time. They label almost anyone a bonus abuser.

This is a part of my initial e-mail, which I wrote to PokerListings:
Dear, pokerlistings!
I got a problem. You advertizing the bet365poker. First of all, I trust you and your reputation among players. But if you advertize someone, I think, you have to responseable for them. You have to check them and control
their promises or unfair action. As you know, this site do not pay bonus most of new players - why then, do you still advertizing them? Why do you put their link at your web site? I downloaded bet365poker through
Pokerlistings, made first deposit and played total 451 raked hands.
Two days ago I wrote to bet365 support team (with attached snapshot files of course) about my bonus release, but all, what they are demonstrate to me was a very strange behavior to their customers and their approach to make a business. "From England with love" - I think!

What PokerListings answers to me? - You already know it from my previous "Final Verdict" topic.
Thanks you again, man for posts and support. I`m really appreciate you!
I think, that our posts let other players to avoid my mistakes. Dirty tricks and poker room like this - must to disappear. Don`t play there and all of you will vote for FAIR PLAY!
