bet365 banned from bonuses

Hi,

I'm new to online gambling so I am wondering if what happened to me today is normal or if any of you have experienced something like this before.

I have registered with bet365 because their rating at your site is very good. I claimed my welcome bonus and played slots, respecting their terms, meaning I did not bet more than the limit and I did not play any of the slots that are excluded from playing when using a bonus.

Yesterday I lost the rest of my money including the bonus and today I got an email from bet365 saying, that I am banned from playing any more bonuses. They did not give me any reasons as to why I was banned so I contacted their live chat. I asked them what I did wrong and why they banned me from receiving bonuses. They replied that they do not know the answer to that. So I asked „Who do I have to contact so they can explain to me why this happened and why I did wrong“. The answer to that was simply „nobody“. I think that is very unhelpful and unfriendly behaviour from bet365.

I don't care so much if I can play there or not, since there are so many casinos out there. I would just like to know why that happened and what I did wrong to get banned from the bonus. Maybe any of you have an idea what happened or maybe you experience something similar before.

There are plenty more and better places to play, you can stick your bonuses where the sun don't shine.

Too much competition and player choice out there nowadays for casinos to get 'picky'towards genuine players

Casino's in my experience (14 years online, gambling in general 28 years) do not have to and will very, very rarely disclose such info.

Sure its a wind up but best to just not let it get to you as frustrating as it is and move on!

At least it happened at a Casino where you are unlikely to get a bonus other than the sign up one anyway

In general they are a solid outfit, but your mileage unfortunately may vary and given that support pretty much told you to go away I'd recommend voting with your wallet.

It does happen across sites but not normally after the first deposit, Glad you read the terms,

It looks like someone may have registered from your addressee, same phone number etc, Sites do not mind if more than on account from same addressee but would ask before hand as alot sate its not allowed,

Just play else where as telling you they do not know the reason is bull shit.

I'm sure this was the first place I played at when I started my descent into gambling.

I knew nothing of the player-friendly casinos that catered for slotters more like VS etc, so I was drawn to the bookies.

Took the sub. Played a bunch of games. Didn't really know the games. Bust!

Never went back there, no reason to
