Hi homer, thanks for the heads up. We dropped the whole section - now the conditions are within the logged in page, per achievement. The old page must have sneaked back in there with the latest update.

The 5 scats aren't being awarded due to them taking the longest to accumulate. By the times scats are completed the payable should be also - so we decided to pay for the table outright.

The x15 goes down to pure cash depending on bet size level. Lower bet average, lower the reward and higher conditions. If we didn't do that the rewards which are automatically given to every player would put that game in 100+ RTP towards the casino - or in simple terms we would make certain to lose money on every achievement game

You can see the information regarding the tier rewards when you click to view info in your tier (unless that went awry also which I'll check tomorrow)

Once you claim your reward and the bonus is given, terms of that bonus are visible on the bonus page in any case. No max cash out but WR depends on your trigger tier.

Just a quick resurrection. How do Aussie players get paid whom have deposited using a Mastercard credit/debit card. As far as I aware you cannot process funds back to a Mastercard. The rep assures me they can but I an guarantee they cannot as it would definitely be the case of its kind. And whats with having to withdraw to the card that you have deposited more with which would be my credit card, even though it would useless in this case as no card would be able to successfully receive funds. Does BeAt offer any kind of bank transfer for these type of players as I just hate delays and my money stuck in limbo.

So far we have had no problems transferring back to MasterCard in both Canada and Australia. We do have a number of customers saying they have had issues with other operators but so far we're good to go.

My suggestion would be to try and withdraw back to your card, i don't foresee any issues - but if there are we will KYC a new method of your choosing and you can transfer there and i'll ensure to add additional fee for the troubles; but as i said, i sincerely do not think there will be any

To answer the second part of your post, it's Anti money laundering law. It prevents someone stealing your card, depositing, betting and then withdrawing to their card or e-wallet for example. The rule is this:

deposit 100 with Card 1
deposits 300 with Card 2

Withdraw 1000 >

100 will go back to card 1, 300 to card 2 and 600 to one of the two methods of your choosing.

There is the same ongoing issue at Betat I highlighted a few weeks ago. If you make a deposit by Skrill, it automatically enables Skrill 1-Tap which means you don't even have to login to your Skrill account to make a deposit. A bit disconcerting for those who like passwords and a bit of security! You can disable it by going into the Skrill transactions list and stopping recurring payments each time you make a deposit.

I'm honestly kicking a$$ and taking names but this particular oversight removed what's called "resilient load balance" which makes the system switch from one infrastructure to another if something goes wrong (making you guys oblivious to ongoing issues 99.999% of the time) - so now, without that, every fix or attempt thereof is felt by players.

its one of those situations in which what was done can't be undone so we're stuck until its solved. Will keep everyone posted and apologies for now.

Sorry you didn't have a good session. As you know, unfortunately, we don't have much (well,any) control over good old fashioned luck. As to game errors, you should send an email to support when these crop up, so we can isolate and rectify them.
It never hurts as well, to have CS look into our RTP and session. They've been known to be pretty generous during those really bad days from time to time.

I have terribly bad luck here. Lots and lots of playtime from my deposits and match bonus, 100 free spins on starburst and free chips from staff.

Yes indeed. I joined them a while back before they were accredited but due to losing a couple of hundred plus closed a/c in a fit of annoyance.
