For Netent it's Blood Suckers bar none. Highest video slot RTP as well as low variance. Watch out though, some operators exclude it or lessen its contribution towards WR

Playtech: There are a lot of good choices and a lot of terrible ones. There are a bunch of low variance games/clones with like a high rtp, Santa's Surprise is all right, Halloween Fortune is also okay but the feature is higher variance. I wouldn't recommend trying to meet the wagering on games like Great Blue. There are also some jackpot games that are decent choices if you're into those.
NetEnt: Bloodsuckers is pretty good, if you're a bit more masochistic there's always Jackpot 6000 or MegaJoker...
MicroGaming: I personally just stick with the higher variance slots and give back my winnings, but I think Scrooge is a good option since the feature is pretty much guaranteed every 100-150 spins. Supernova is another decent option but it might only be available in flash casinos, not sure.

in all honesty if im doing any grinding i still tend to opt for high variance games with lower stakes, if allowed (some dont) i go for mega-spins break da bank again (simply to do it quicker), and play on low stakes, or 243 liners with 0.60 bets,
depends how much is at stake currently and how much wagering you have to do, but at least i know with high variance i might lose more but i have a chance of increasing it also, on 0.60 spins i did about 2k's worth of wagering on IR and finished 300 up, thanks to 2 good bonus rounds

That's what i ended up doing. 60p and 90p spins, mostly, on TSII, but some on IR. Cleared the WR (50x bonus) with £140 balance, not that much from a £50 deposit + £50 bonus. So withdrew £120 and carried on for a while with TSII. Then I hit this
195x stake
withdrew another £120. So, it didn't turn out too bad. £240 for a £50 deposit
But next time I MUST check the T&C first - 50x WR is a bit steep
Its not that steep, its only 50x bonus, not deposit+bonus as in most places. So its basicly 25x . Ok:ish in todays standards even though i somehow wish the good old days with 3-5x deposit and bonus wagering and almost every game allowed would come back, but im sure we dont see that anymore.
