If people don't get enjoyment from this forum, then why do they come here? Not like it's your job! This "I can't take it anymore" attitude is getting really old. Wow! I didn't know Bryan and Simmo! were holding a gun to people's head and making them read.
Spammers will come and go for as long as this industry exists. Read it and laugh, and then let Simmo! and Bryan squash them. And if it's not the spammers, then there's the ignore button.

The occasional spammer actually allows us a bit of fun. We can jump on the thread and scream and howl and vent. Rather like playing with our food.

As for the forum... it's a community. I feel like part of a family. Just because it gets on my nerves every now and then doesn't mean I'll abandon it entirely.

It's not just the players that keep going back to slow pay casinos, or new players that sing the praises of rogues, or affiliates that cry about those same rogues, or members sniping and snarling at each other .... for me, it's also the frustration with some of the things I'm seeing in and around the online casino industry itself.

Going beyond the UIGEA, we have Absolute who's pulling a Grand Prive ("we'll look into it and take care of it if there's a problem"), MG and their white label casinos (which no one can convince me are a good idea for the players), RTG and their total lack of TLC for players, more and more casinos with their vague -- and very open to (their) interpretation -- FU clauses, C2P and their total lack of recourse for customers who have problems (no phone #, no address, not answering emails, etc.), and I could go on. Unfortunately, those things I can't put on 'Ignore' -- if I wanted to.

No, it's not all falling down around our ears, but sometimes it just gets maddening.... so I take a bit of a break, but still keep a check on things as I want to know WTF is going on. That's why I still come here even though I'm not playing.

So, pardon my occasional vent, or put me on ignore.

In other words Mouse, stupidity on a grand scale. I second that. As for the ignore feature, I am using it much more frequently. Unfortunately when someone quotes a post, I can still read the inane drivel that I'd rather not. But I'll just pretend like I didn't see it. Works for me.

I belong to a few forums (not gaming) and for years and there is one where we do get into arguments alot only because we have been together on that forum for over 7 years (it all started with Word Riot at pogo)

I also belong to an SSD one and this one.

I have NEVER run into so many idiots than this one (not you guys) Im speaking of somone joining and spamming or asking stupid questions or saying stupid things.

I think because real money is involved, you get some real crazy people that think 'they have the answer" or the "secret"

I agree with all (Pina, mousy & Tim) because yes you can ignore, and yes your gonna get a few and its entertaining once in awhile BUT......It does get on ones' nerves when your bombarded all of a sudden and it's just disrespectful to come in here and act like a total moron. It's almost like a party crasher that gets in the house, pretends to know someone at the party, gets totally trashed and makes an ass of them self.
