Too late, I uninstalled before the update for Immortal Romance.

There WAS a known issue, and this was stated in the lobby.

At first, clicking on "season's winnings" just gave a "page not found" error. Later, it did lead to the promotion page with calendar, but these was no facility to opt in. The lobby shows a promotion centre where players have to enter a promo code, and press "opt in". Fine, except that NO promo code was distributed with the "season's winnings" mailers. However, the rules state that players must opt in via the lobby, so it follows that until this has been achieved, there is no point in attempting to participate.


The promo began on the 28th November, but here on the 7th December the problem has only just begun to be addressed.

Even if opt in worked, there are no proper terms for each offer.

The offer for the 28th was a 100% bonus, but there was NO information as to the maximum amount eligible, so taken at face value, a player depositing £1000 would get a £1000 bonus on that deposit. The same shortcoming is apparent on all the other offers, a percentage bonus "on all deposits" is advertised, but nowhere does it specify up to what amount. The calendar squares are not clickable to reveal more detail, nor are the more detailed terms any clearer, as they still fail to specify a max value.

This could lead to players depositing in the expectation of "20% on all deposits", only to drop 2K and get a £50 bonus when he expected 20% (£400), and think WTF! I have been cheated! That would get the casino uninstalled even if the opt in had worked.

I remeber the Red Flush of old, it was often 20% up to 1500 chips on "all deposits" mid week, and up to 3000 chips at the weekend. Then those "improvements" were announced, and suddenly it was either nothing for weeks on end, or 20% "up to 100 chips". This is hardly an "improvement". I get much better at Casino Rewards.

The previous leaderboard promo was also screwed up, as when I tried to join Red Flush and La Vida accounts it kept telling me my scoreboard name was "used by another player", and would not appreciate that of course it was, I was tring to JOIN La Vida scores to Red Flush, not register a duplicate name.

The last time I contacted CS over a bug in the Summer Holiday slot when used for the free spins incentive, a serious bug at that, support told me THREE times the issue would be forwarded and they would get back to me, and THREE times I found they hadn't even looked at the issue, as though they had assumed I was lying, and told me this just to get rid of me. I even had one look through my playcheck and CONFIRM that at last, he could see there had been something VERY odd going on, yet STILL he promised to forward the issue, and AGAIN it was ignored. Well, it was 4 strikes and you're uninstalled. That was in the spring.

I reinstalled twice more, once for the leaderboard contest, which failed and I uninstalled, and again before Christmas when I got an email telling me I had "unclaimed promotions in my lobby" which after installation turned out to be an outright lie, there was NOTHING, and there is STILL nothing.


I left the casinos in place as it was close to Christmas, but when the Christmas promo AGAIN failed, I decided there and then that I would uninstall both at close of play on the 4th after having one last try at opting in to seasons winnings. As this again failed, out they went, along with another casino who's Christmas promo didn't work. I have now selected the casinos for December, and sat through 2 days of updating them with Immortal Romance.

Great depsit bonuses from InetBet Christmas promotions that will go on weekly this month. There are also some free no deposit bonuses but I don't like them as max payout is 10X bonus which is only $5 so that means $25.00 max payout. Not good. But the deposit bonuses are quite good.

Ive spent most of my deposits at 32RED this year. In previous years I would bounce around from platform to platform, from casino to casino, but this year i decided to allocate most of my funds to casinos that respect me as a member and a player. This ranges from anything from courteous staff, to remembering my Birthday, to thanking me for the business I give them.
For this reason ive pretty much dropped RTG casinos and although a member still of several Mg casinos, 32RED is really the only one I play at these days. Most mg casinos bonuses are horrendous these days. I haven't gotten anything yet either me_and_ed. Pat usually plays Santa on the last workday before Xmas, so am crossing fingers that my "ruby stocking" will get stuffed, lol. I have no complaints with 32 Red, Steve gave me an early pressy last month when I had an issue. All is not lost, I am heading to Vegas tomorrow for Christmas, Total Rewards (Caesars Entertainment) sent me a nice 5 night comped suite at either Caesar's Palace or Planet Hollywood and 2 really great high end show tickets, they have been good to me this year as I am sure I have been to them

I was speaking with Enzo this a.m. and asking him (in general) about Christmas bonuses, and he reminded me that they don't really give out ND bonuses at Christmas (en masse), but instead he goes through accounts individually before New Year's, and evaluates each one, and applies a bonus for New Year's. Stupid me even asked him if he was sure, as that wasn't how I remembered it.

He was right of course...so 3Dice players should keep an eye on their cashier homepage when loyalty time rolls around at the end of December. Sorry Enzo.

And in an earlier post I stated that I received a bonus from Inetbet last year, but not in years before. I went back through my emails from years past, and that statement is completely false.

It's far less than I received last Christmas, and I've had far more action this year, so I'm figuring it might be different this year due to all the new promotions. It might also be based on win/loss and I don't know where I stand on that.

Still, it's nice to be remembered which is more than I can say for other places. I don't consider a 100% match deposit a "gift"....since I would be the one "giving" (although its a nice extra added to a freebie)

Still, it's nice to be remembered which is more than I can say for other places. I don't consider a 100% match deposit a "gift"....since I would be the one "giving" (although its a nice extra added to a freebie)

I don't normally post or complain much about freebies as they aren't an entitlement, but I always think Christmas is a time where your favorite casino can acknowledge that you could well have played at hundreds of other places through the year, but you chose to play with them instead.

Quick derail - has anyone seen any feeder tourneys for the monthly monster at MG? Ive been looking all week and haven't seen any ??

Also woke up this morning with an email from Steve letting me know I had little freebie in my account. I used to spend 90% of my money on 32Red but since finding NordicBet and playing a bit more at 3Dice its probably 60%.

NordicBet have had a good Christmas promo that has been running since the 1st of December and goes until the 24th. Different days were a different prize was given, I loved the 4x FPP (comps) on certain slot days

These are the only promos I have received this year worth mentioning from memory.

It's great that they think of there customers this time of year and that's what sticks to a players mind.. the small things a casino does for a player will keep them coming back.

You know the sad reality here is.... No other Casinos were running Generous Promotions on a DAILY basis like 32Red. i PM'ed Mark earlier for some clarification and it was clear that since the 1st of December 2011, there has been a prize or promotion every single day at 32Red.

No stupid 'Hey we're desperate for you to deposit so here's 20%'. I have seen nothing else mentioned about all the other Casinos from other brands that are held in such high esteem (ClubWorld / 3Dice / Inetbet ... Etc) ... I don't play there, but for those who do, did they offer you a bonus everyday (a worthwhile one - not deposit $100 get $20 LOL) ?

Apart from Bonuses, 32Red may also pop your Christmas comp into your account like Inet and 3Dice did. But I have been noticing that Inetbet / 3Dice / Clubworld have just popped a comp in and maybe sent a gift but have neglected to offer any Festive bonuses on the level of 32Red... I stand to be corrected, but nobody has commented on the value received.

Again, its all about how often you received promos, the quality of the promotions which ultimately tells you how much your play was valued.

I also received a comp yesterday - but it was actually for the Promo running yesterday. I was confused and sought clarity - 32 Red must still dish out their 'Christmas Comp' as far as I am aware... Maybe some received theirs earlier - best would be to clarify with Pat or Mark ... I know mine was the 'Free Chip Giveaway'...
