I deposited and won at Begado in June 2014. I was a current player and had all my paperwork on file. I even checked before I requested the withdrawal. After the withdrawal was requested, I received an email explaining that my account was under "review" for the next 90 days and someone would get back to me. As of Today Nov 19, 2014 I have received no information and no money. I'm talking about $100, that's all.
I have emailed customer service, I have emailed the casino manager and the accounting department. I've checked every couple of weeks since the "review" period was up and they keep telling me they will get back with me. I even suggested if they were not going to pay me, to at least refund my credit card for the charges and I'd close the account. So tired of the run around.
