I won $13,000 @ Begado Casino. After jumping through hoops of fire to fill out their forms and get approved they said I could withdraw $3,000 every 10 days. So I put in my withdrawal request. 10 days later they inform me they will only send me $1,000. They put the $2,000 back in my account and told me I have to wait 10 more days to request another $1,000. This seems absolutely ridiculous.

Firstly, they are ridiculous, at least in my eyes with their stalling of cashouts.

Still you can consider yourself a little lucky because a lot of people are only paid $500 each withdrawal :rolleyes:

I might can say congratulations to your win also.Well done, but please avoid this casino and the entire Win Palace group since they all are so slow to pay. There are better ones.
..and don't give them back a cent. Be strong and wait!
 
Begado Casino Problems

I have had problems with Begado paying me my winnings. I applied through all the hoops and after 14 days I was able to apply to withdraw. I did so in their program. The maximum withdrawal request is $3,000. Since they now owe me thousands and thousands, I requested $3,000. I got an email saying it was approved. about 12 days later $2,000 extra showed up in my players account. I inquired what happened and they said they sent me $1,000. I asked why. They say it is because they can. At that rate it is going to take over 300 days to get my money. This seems ridiculous.
I noticed that on this site any other sites the major complaint is payout. Why do gamblers put up with this? Why isn't there a major campaign to boycott those gaming sites that are this unprofessional and ridiculously slow to pay.
 
If you had done your research before you started playing there you would have known how slow they pay already.
So please do your boycott :rolleyes:

Yeah man, this casino had went offline, with people's money for a very long time before. So if I was you, ill try to get all my money out as fast as I can. No telling if/when the next offline event will take place.

You tell us why gamblers put up with this, your the one that gambled there. I do not think many tenured members at casinomeister would play at that Slots Jungle outfit, at least most wouldn't admit it
 
I guess I am dumb but I still have to solve my problem.

I guess I am not exactly with it yet on this online gambling. That doesn't make my problem any less perplexing. How do I get my money out? Nothing seems to work. Sorry for your experienced people having to read this from a new person

You can probably not do more than be patient and wait. Don't play it back because that's just what they want you to do.
At least you will get paid and that's a good thing. Patience is the key ;)
 
Bovado was mentioned by the OP in a previous thread. Then recently Begado in a newer thread. So, purely to get things sorted in my old mousey brain, are we indeed talking about Begado here?

The casino we are talking about is Begado. I am trying to navigate all of this and I apologize if I don't do it exactly right. I will catch on. I thought I did my research, but obviously it was in the wrong places.
 
You have 2 threads going on this same thing.

Horrible casino. Really not a lot you can do other than stay on top of them and don't play the money back. That's what they want you to do. They want you to get mad and they want you to show them, they want you to show them by trying to go and double your money. Don't do it!!!

You have nothing to gain and everything to lose. If you win more the big f'in deal it's already going to take forever to get paid,if ever, if you lose some then you have nothing to fight for.

Next time research the casino before you play not after.

I deposited and won at Begado in June 2014. I was a current player and had all my paperwork on file. I even checked before I requested the withdrawal. After the withdrawal was requested, I received an email explaining that my account was under "review" for the next 90 days and someone would get back to me. As of Today Nov 19, 2014 I have received no information and no money. I'm talking about $100, that's all.

I have emailed customer service, I have emailed the casino manager and the accounting department. I've checked every couple of weeks since the "review" period was up and they keep telling me they will get back with me. I even suggested if they were not going to pay me, to at least refund my credit card for the charges and I'd close the account. So tired of the run around. Come someone help?

Did you read this thread before you re-opened it. The short answer in no, nobody is likely to be able to help you with this casino but follow the advice given in the rest of the thread and stay on them and don't play anything back and who knows, maybe you will get paid.

Just wondering if you noticed the thread was started on 18 July 2013? I would be surprised if this matter was active at the casino. Why didn't you start a new thread about YOUR issue with this casino?
