Ok guys, i have a problem with www.begado.eu for a month now.
I was playing in their casino for a while.At 21 June i decided to make a withdraw.They contacted me asking to verify my account with the usual docs: passport ID, pictures of the card i used to deposit and address verification.At 23 June(Tuesday) I sent them all the docs they needed to verify my account to faxback@begado.eu .I also read in their FAQ that they need up to 4 days to process the documents.
After a week with no message from them i decided to contact with their live support.It was 30 June(Tuesday).So they connected me with Angela from their 24/7 support.I asked her what is happening with my account verification.She answered that she has no information from the verification department and why are they not contacting me back.So she proposed to send my verification docs personally.So i resend my docs to her email angela@begado.eu, she said that the email has arrived and she promised that my docs will reach the proper department.
4 days later(3 July - Friday) with no message from them i contacted their live support again.This time i was connected to Lewis.I explained him my whose situation, that since 23 june i am sending my docs twice to them and they are not contacting me back.He looked though my case and appologized from the name of their department and angela.After that he proposed me to send him again(for third time) my docs, this time to him and he assured me that in a few days their department will reach me.I was already pretty pissed but still... i sent him my docs to lewis@begado.eu .He checked my documents and said that everything looks fine with my docs.
3 days later(6 July - Monday) i finally received email from ben@begado.eu .He wanted from me to send him better picture of my address verification doc where he can find these three things: my name, my address and the firm signature/mark .So i get pretty angry and send him the same pictures but clearer and explaining where he can see al the three things he wanted.
4 days later(10 July - Friday) i received answer from ben@begado.eu.He wanted to send him other document for my address verification.They rejected this one.So i was pretty confused at the moment but i pretty much realized that i cant do much but send him other doc for verification.So at 13 July(Monday) i sent him other document from 4 different angels with great quality and also hint.jpg where i marked with paint my name, address and firm signature/mark .
7 days later(20 July - Monday) with no message from Ben i contacted their live support again.And guess what.... they wanted from me to resend my address document, this time to support@begado.eu ... so i was already pretty much laughing and realizing that begado are just avoiding my verification and paying.Still i resend my docs to support@begado.eu and now i am waiting again...
