Hi my name is Karen been playing ojo and all was well until I made withdrawals then my money never went to my bank account .I’ve on numerous occasion tried to get in contact with them only to be told that my money has been prosseced but I still don’t have the funds back anyone have the same problem and do you have a solution

Your best bet would be to contact the PlayOjo rep here on the forums. They are @EGO , click on their name and send them a Private Message with your account details, withdrawal info, etc. They’re usually quite prompt and I would expect you’ll have the answers you need quite quickly.

If contacting the rep fails and you feel you need further assistance please feel free to file a Player Arbitration (PAB) request with us and we’ll look into it for you.
