BassWin Seized €10,903.95 Without Justification – Unlicensed Operator

I won €10,903.95 on my fully verified account at BassWin (basswin07.com). When I requested a withdrawal, it was blocked and later confiscated based on an alleged duplicate account – which I was never notified about, asked to close, or allowed to address.

My old account was registered on a now-malicious domain (basswin77.com), flagged by Avast. I had no access to it and never reused payment methods or ID.

Despite this, BassWin:

Verified my new account and allowed full play

Sent me free spin promotions AFTER the winnings were seized

Refused to provide actual evidence of wrongdoing

Repeatedly cited internal terms without external oversight

BassWin is not licensed by UKGC, MGA, or any credible regulator. I’ve since filed complaints with Curacao eGaming, GDPR regulators, and started a chargeback.

Avoid them. They use vague terms to deny big wins and operate without real accountability.

Don't understand why people are still playing on these unlicensed clip joint sites after all the warnings on here and other places. How did you deposit? Please tell me you didn't use Credit and Debit cards as well?

Same mate. Anytime I go near an app from the Play Store or anything else they are also advertised....even seen them on a well known adult site before said video started
