Bonus Complaint BaoCasino denied cash withdrawal

Just to let everyone know.. BaoCasino (Direx) isn’t serious at all. I have no active bonus in account but they held in ‘bonus account’ and the money can’t be withdrawn. Since over a week, they are aware of the problem but didn’t solve the problem & they also decline cash withdrawal that go straight back into bonus account and I repeat, with no active bonus. So in other word, they took all my deposit but not a single chance cashing out & lost 6K in this run around. I had played long time with Bao and never would imagined how bad they handle thing & that i would eventually be scammed by Bao.

@simon1316 - please post complaints in the complaints forum, and also make an effort to contact the casino rep so that they have a chance to comment if they deem it necessary. Thank you.

IMO... if they all aware of problem.. and not resolve it after a week... they simply should stop taking deposit or a least be upfront and warn the player about it. Of course, taking deposit is never a problem. All deposit since problem occur should simply be voided in a fair instance! They simply put the problem on provider and wash their hand

I remember opening an account there. Having a little discussion with the chat support which wasnt standard softswiss agents. Made me very uncomfortable and asked to close my account before even playing.
