Question Bank transfer taking so long, have I been scammed?

I am fully verified on Vegastars and my first withdrawal was approved and paid apparently on 16 June 2026. The timeframe they had was 3 to 5 business days and we have been passed that now. I have also called my bank today. We have advised there’s no inbound payment from the reference and proof of payment they have given me.

It seems to be an international payment which I understand should take long but seeing as my bank is not seeing anything inbound on their end got me thinking I may never see this money again,
Has anyone waited longer than 5 business days for an international transfer to come through?

Listen, I've heard a similar story. Don't panic the 3–5 days is just on paper, international transfers often take longer because of correspondent banks.
Ask Vegastars support for the MT103 document (it’s the transfer confirmation). If they give it to you, take it to your bank, they’ll use it to track where the money is stuck. If they don’t give it to you, it means they just haven’t sent the payment yet. Good luck I hope it all comes through soon.
