According to Quicktender support their bank was closed from the 24th-28th of December. Is that true?

Please post if you have information regarding this. I can only find by google search that they were closed on Christmas, which Ireland shows as the 28th not the 25th.

QuickTender Live Support: Christmas break started Friday and has only finished today.

All I know for sure, DR., is that yesterday was indeed as Bank Holiday in the UK... Since it was a Bank Holiday the Tuesday after X-mas landed on a Saturday, it might make sense that there was a continuous Bank Holiday those 4 days, but I don't know how it works...

Why do you doubt them? Our banks take that long on holiday. :)

This seems legit. When bank holidays fall on a weekend, they are taken on the following available working days.

The banks are closed at weekends in any case, so to give staff the EXTRA holidays due, Monday and Tuesday take their place, and business resumes on Wednesday 29th.

January 3rd will also be a closed day for the banks, replacing new year's day which also falls on a Saturday this year.

Full service will resume on January 4th.

This also means that QT run their affairs through UK and/or Irish banks.

Another odd, but legit, excuse - makes a change:rolleyes:
