Awesome Spins Delaying Payment - Need Advice

Let’s start at the beginning. Last week I hit my biggest ever win. £2000 on a 40p bonus. I was over the moon. Clicked the withdraw button faster than the speed of light to be greeted with the dreaded who are you send me every document you have ever possessed (slight exaggeration). That was a week ago and now I’m being ghosted by customer service. You would think I matched with them on tinder. After reading some posts I read that I should email them a complaint which I have done. Is there any other advice you guys may have? The casino is awesome spins part of grace media. I've never played at a Nektan casino but I have read that they do eventually pay. I know their welcome bonus have ridiculous rules about max cashout 3x the deposit.

The casino part of Nektan was taken over by Gracemedia. Luckily my win came from a raw deposit. I just feel the win has been sullied by the experience. I’ll just have to do it again when I eventually get the money
 
yes Nektan,Progress Play,Aspire Global you could have problems,they do eventually pay but you will sweat for it
It’s more the fact they are ignoring all my correspondence. There live chat is down for an update and the phone line is closed so it’s quite easy to ignore an email. I understand they could be busy but they could send out an automated email of a timescale for response.
 
well im afraid this is how some casinos work,i play at some of the GENESIS GLOBAL CASINOS,most would not touch them with a barge pole,but for me ive never had a problem with bonuses withdrawls etc,you will get your money its just a waiting game
 
Just a quick update. I sent an email to the documents department and they have requested copies of my savings account statements as I was transferring money between that and my current account. It was quite a speedy response and the email says they want a speedy resolution to this. I’m a little more hopeful now ?
 
Well my hope that I had on Wednesday is starting to dwindle. I uploaded the documents (savings account statements) on the Wednesday. I emailed the documents department and customer service today with no response. Is there anything anyone would advise? Or just give it more time?
 
Finally time for a happy update. Received an email from the complaints department today saying they needed my statements in pdf rather than screenshots. Replied straight away and got an email back telling me the withdrawals are now processed. Checked on the site and no longer pending. Just got to wait a day or two for it to hit my bank. Thank you all who replied with advice ?
