Aspire Global ADR no longer operating? 3000 stuck. Help?

Hello,

Does anyone know how you would resolve an issue against the company Aspire Global limited? I checked their terms and something called the POGG was their ADR but It seems not to exist anymore. Yet the company still lists it in their terms.

I have 3k in an account but the account has been limited and they have not lifted the restrictions. They limited a while ago for KYC. I sent it in and it was lifted so I could deposit and withdraw etc. But they limited it again, asked for the same documents and then have ignored me on email and I seem to be blocked from chat.

Help?

I had a look at Casinomesiter worst casino awards. A few years ago they did an article bit on it basically outlined the fact Aspire aren't interested and labelled players as 'cheats'
 
We probably need to know which Aspire Global site you are referring to - given there are a lot of them with different commercial arrangements. I looked at a few random ones and they mention IBAS, but that doesn't mean all of them are.

If they have given you a deadlock letter, they should have told you who the ADR is.

If you can't get information on who the ADR is, then you can contact the UKGC because that is a licensing requirement - the UKGC won't handle your complaint itself, but they will intervene to ensure an ADR is available.

Edit: To add to the contempt they have for customers - the terms and conditions appear in a pop-up, that doesn't format correctly, and in some cases requires trickery (copy/paste, developers tools etc) just to read! Which is particularly problematic when they have had more than 200 versions of said terms!

I had an issue years ago at an Aspire casino which took POGG 3 months to force a resolution over $30. I don't envy you with a higher amount but my experience indicates that, while slow, they'll eventually do the right thing.

Wouldn't bother playing at any of their brands after this though mate. Shocking RTP and T&Cs.
 
The POGG has been amalgamated into CasinoReviews.com which provides ADR services of which it is headed up by Duncan, who used to own The POGG.

Not sure if CasinoReviews.com are now the nominated ADR for Aspire Global, but I can do some digging and find out for you.

Alternatively as mentioned above you could use the PAB service here on Casinomeister.
