Ask your questions about online casinos work!

So my current question is.....
I know that a game has an average rtp but is this the same regardless of bet size?

The reason I ask is that I noticed at weekend that the FOTB I checked had a break down of 3 different rtp’s based on bet size. Something like:
0.25 gives 90%,
0.50 gives 92%
1.00 give 95.5%.

If this is the case online for some providers it would certainly affect the way I play.

Scientific Games (Bally, Barcrest) and if IIRC also IGT have quite a few online slots with increasing RTP when your bet size goes up.

Thanks for this thread @homerbert

I don't know if you do this, but I have seen people win large from one spin, then the withdrawal get delayed as they are checking with the provider that it was legitimate and there was no error. Have you ever came across a provider error that has caused a large win by mistake, and are losing spins checked for the same thing? Obviously if there can be an error causing a large win to be paid by mistake, surely it stands to reason, there could be an error that causes a zero return by mistake instead of a large win?

Hey!

Well, indeed sometimes we check huge single round wins with providers. But we always trying to do it as soon as possible (however it's not up to us).

No, to date I never saw a cases when wins was not legit (okay, not exactly - we've never got reply to our request that win is not legit). But sometimes some gameproviders report some users that somehow affected something (in games?). Usually it's just a message to close X accounts and confiscate funds if any, without any particular info.

What your take on a casino not paying withdrawals 96times with fans bet. They said 5 days but they never paid me once or emailed me or processed withdrawals in the pending time of 1 to 2 days. Is this done on purposes?

Hey!

Not sure what question is, but from what you describe it looks like typical WD stalling tactic.

Is that fair can we do anything
It's not fair IMO, but the whole world and life is not fair.

If it's in their terms and conditions - you can't do anything.

But in the end - you can never ever again play in such casino. You have CM - there are plenty of awesome casinos.

In regards to your exact situation - I think it's better ask advice from our UK guys.

Hiya guys!

I've decided to create this thread, because I can't remember any similar one.

Basically idea is simple - you can ask whatever questions you want about online casinos, people working in this industry, how things looks for us, what we do, etc.

Just any questions - if I can - I will reply (of course I can't reply to some questions due to NDA - mainly financial ones).

In short about me:

I'm working at Direx N.V. for 5 years, head of operations, I'm responsible for customer support, VIP , retention, antifraud teams also. I'm 27 years old, I'm awesome and I'm ready to reply on your questions.

I guess other reps can easily contribute too, specially awesome:
L&L-Jan

Let's rock?! :)

P.S.

My replies and opinions are not opinions and replies of the company. I'm just writing what I want (and only I want) :D

BR,

V.

Am I not awesome too :(?

@homerbert many thanks for doing this. You are an excellent rep and an even better guy, always here to help our casinomeister members.

Question regarding provider RTP. We know that PNG, Pragmatic and Red Tiger all have multiple RTP for their games. I’m wondering about the other providers - MG, NetEnt, Quickspin, Ygg, Thunderkick etc

Are there multiple RTP for those games as well?

Thanks!

Nice, all questions answered. Back to work!

Hmmm you again :)- how many casinos are you unhappy with ?

Great thread @homerbert

Which game(s) do people play the most? Also, which game has the most money put through it? What’s the biggest payout from a slot you’ve ever had to pay and which slot was it?

Last question, which providers earn the casino the most revenue?

Cheers!

Hey mate!

Interesting question :)

Basically we just see info about the bet (amount, time, when started, when finished, start balance, end balance, win). Nothing special :p

Hiya Steve!

Well, not easiest one, since it's some sort of confidential. But basically it is not hard to predict what game providers / slots are most popular nowadays - just check screenshot threads and check what streamers play. It's megaways games, pragmatic and PNG also doing well. Netent is still very popular. And here we have evolution too...

Biggest win I ever saw - you can read about it here on our website:
