I have held of for as long as possible on posting this, but now it has got beyond a joke. Before i start, Virtual casino has paid me before and after reading everything virtualted had been saying on this forum i felt that the casino could be trusted once again. As Ted doesnt want to respond to my emails, i have no choice to post here and if again I am not answered I will have to go to the montana disputes site.

Virtual owed me $1000 and after waiting 18 days (they say 7 days on the website) I still wasnt paid, so i sent Ted an email. I never receieved a reply from Ted but today $200 was put in my neteller account from virtual.

Here are my questions to Ted,
1.why have you placed 200 in my account when you owe me 1000?
2.when can i expect to get the rest of my money?
3.how long would I have waited for payment if i had never sent you an email?

I await your response Ted.

Steve,
I am assuming you are SteveM from Australia. You have written to me a few times and I have replied to every letter. I have also sent pop messages to your account so when you sign into the casino you have a message there. As you stated on our payouts we do make payments in the 7-10 day period. We also limit payouts to every two weeks, which is also stated. I went over your account and you have been paid every two weeks from us. In fact we still have one more payment to pay to you from a prior win. If you send me an alternate e-mail address that may not be getting blocked I will re send the e-mails that I have all ready sent.
Ted
Also as a note to players at all casinos, pick up a phone or use the live chat that most casinos offer if you have not gotten a response with in 24 hours. Also check your spam folders, and find out what is getting blocked. Even when we are responding to a customers e-mail, some ISPs still block those. I do read through most of the complaints, and the majority can be defused by simple interaction and conversation.

virtualted,

you refer to your live chat but actually it has never worked for me, i always get a 404 error.

btw, i also had an inquiry to your casino once which remained unanswered for several days. after some more mails to your support i got in touch with you and you replied really quick. you also told me to check my spam filters but in fact i don't have one activated and my (paid) email provider is very reliable. finally i got an answer from your support - one week after your response

I agree. Don't even bother with emailing when it comes to payouts or any other problem that requires quick resolution. Sometimes emails are bumped, blocked, or sent to the wrong recipient. Plus it takes too long. It's not hard to pick up the phone or go to the website to use live support and your problem will be looked at, if not taken care of while you are on the line.

How conveinient. Only a few hours after I post this thread I am paid what I am owed from 20 days ago. But then I look in my account to see how my other withdrawal is going (of $2000) and only $200 has been approved to neteller and the other 2300 has gone to the manager. I have now been paid $1200 in the last 2 days but am still owed $1800.

Before I made the $2000 i had lost $1,100, so at the moment Virtual has really only sent back the money I have given them plus an extra $100.

Ted, I have written to you twice and only received one reply. The first time when I won 7000 and you told me I could only receive 2000 of that (which was fine because I had not read the terms and conditions). I then sent a few more emails which were never replied to. I have never received a pop up message in my account dealing with this matter, the only pop up messages are to do with bonuses. I have also used your live chat, the one time (out of 5) that I was able to connect, i asked about the matter and after 10 minutes i got a reply that all accounting staff were gone for the day and that they would get back to me via email (which never happened).

So Ted, I now ask where is my remaining $1800 ($200 has been sent alread). If you need to contact me you can pm me via this forum.
Thankyou.
I hope this can be solved as quickly as the last problem

update

As Ted has not contacted me about the remaining funds he owes me, I have now filled in the dispute form at montanna overseas. I will keep everyone updated on this issue.

Well? What happened?

Why are you necroing every Virtual thread in existence? It looks like you really don't like them. Or maybe you're from one of their competitors or something.

I've necroed 3 virtual threads, which is a very small proportion of the ones I've been reading this morning. Won't do it again, promise. Anyway, this thread is unresolved. What did happen?

This is just an attempt to get all the negative posts on Virtual back to the top. Not really doing anything against the forum rules I would guess but it is annoying.

Sorry, I had completly forgot about this. I took the matter to Montana and after a month or longer they found in my favour and Virtual paid me everything they owed. Sorry I didn't update everyone.
Cheers
Steve

BTW: i would never tell anyone to play at this group, they are by far the dodgiest group I have ever come across.

what is "necroing" ?
I was waiting for someone to ask first, since I was feeling kind of stupid.

Necro concerns the dead - so I have no idea what it actually refers to in this case. I would guess it's a funny way of saying "bumping".

Maybe I'm getting old and it's the new generation "lingo".

"necroing": possibly a reference to necromancing, which is bringing the dead back to life.

Would make sense in that a user brings back to life an old thread ... just a thought ...

can i ask does this ted, make a habit of releasing players details on the net?, there could a be unscrupolous webmaster, who might know this player and the password he might regulary use, so by releasing his username you could be leaving his account open to abuse or maybe that is your aim.

i suppose the moral of this post is, always use a different password for every casino or website you might ever use, sounds simple but i know a lot people forget to do this and know that in my early days i often made this mistake.

to be honest, i thought necroing was something to do with having sex with dead people.
You're nuts... hahaha

Necro is Greek for 'dead'.

So McGyver would be correct.
