Over the past few months, there have been mentions of delayed payments, sudden account closures and balances being withheld on some RTG Casinos.

We would love your input on the matter. Has your experience deteriorated on this platform? If so, can you highlight what has changed for you.

Some examples are:

Slow Payments
Delayed KYC
Asking for re-verification after winning.
High Fees for withdrawals.

It might be worth separating the issues into “slow but normal process” and “pattern worth worrying about.”

Delayed KYC after a win is frustrating, but the bigger red flag is when the rules or document requests keep changing after the player has already supplied what was asked for. Same with withdrawals: a slow payment is one thing; a slow payment plus surprise fees, extra verification, and vague account-review language is a different problem.

If people reply here, the useful details would probably be casino name, withdrawal method, amount range, timeline, and whether the requested documents changed mid-process.

I think the main issue is not just slow payments, but how the process is handled. A delay can happen, and KYC checks are normal, but it becomes concerning when extra documents are requested after a win, requirements keep changing, or the casino gives unclear explanations.

My experience with RTG casinos has become more mixed over the years. Some still process withdrawals without problems, while others seem to make the process much harder than it needs to be. The biggest thing for me is transparency — if the rules, timelines, and verification requirements are clear from the start, players are usually more understanding.

It would be interesting to see specific examples here, including casino names, withdrawal amounts, and timelines, because I think the problems may vary a lot between different RTG operators.
