Are jumpman gaming the worst

Are these jokers possibly the worst casino brand just look at there trust pilot! wish I had looked before depositing. My account was verified in January, won around £400 go to withdraw they want all the same things again. I thought this was against UKGC rules they can’t ask for more ID to stop a withdrawal when they could of asked for it earlier They take days to respond to basic emails everyone please stay away!

Make a complaint to UKGC, I have spoken to them about jumpman regards them making it difficult to withdraw

I got asked to verify my account less than month after I had already done so. The option to withdraw was blocked until documents were resent. No option to withdraw to pending. I have sent an email of complaint to the gaming commission. Awaiting their response.
