Rushmore is a great place to play: Wonderful customer service, very attentive to VIP players attractive bonuses with reachable playthroughs.
I have for awhile been at a place in my gaming experience that requires me to stay away from gaming. Each time I tried I would lose my resolve and come back . Each time I did t his I would inform the management of various casinos that I have a problem and request that they disallow my play with them. For the most part, I met with success and a number of the "chains" banned me from play.
Rushmore however will do no more than to de-activate your account that with a telephone call can be restored.
I am calling on Rushmore and the Gaming Industry to look at this problem with an ethical lens and do the right thing: Help the Compulsive Gambler to get his/her life back by setting up a permanent ban on playing in this situation
I commend Club World for taking this step and extending it to all of their casinos.
To Forum Master: I apologize if this post is out of place but hope you will post it. If you are lilling the post would you email me the proper place for this post. Compulsive Gamblers are the"homeless " of the community and need recognition as a bi-product of this business community. The casino community can enhance its credibility as a legitimate entity by placing compassion ahead of profit.
