anyone having problems at GUTS

Well, they lost me as a patron - and I was regular depositor.

Had multiple errors playing Piggy Riches the last few days. Spins kept rolling, had to close the game. Tried again, same problem after 2-10 spins. Sooo annoying.

Their tech dept. cannot find anything. Very odd that when playing with fun money, no glitches at all, smooth gameplay all the way (apart from the occasional freeze, but I can live with that). If it is related to EveryMatrix then why are there no issues when playing with fun money? I just don't get it.

And their advice to "remove cookies, blablabla" annoys me big time. Have been playing this game most of the time all year long (2014) and since last week it's been hell. Game over with Guts.

i have problems with funplay , just checked it after reading your post.Be giving this a miss till its sorted

I had the same issues on Friday the game cut of just as I was collecting wilds on CFTBL (I had 3 on the second line) I get kicked out of game then the casino went of line, but when It came back up the game never restored so I have no idea whether I had won anything

Did you contact support? They should be able to provide you with info... What a bummer!
 
Happened to me again, before I read this update thread (whoops!)

Usually 'let it go' but happened too often now, emailed support as balance 'chopped in half' with nowt but freezing and 'booting me', playing a game I don't usually 'start' on due to Netent being 'down.

Knowing Guts and how supportive they are something positive will come of it, lets wait n see:thumbsup:
 
More than their fair share tbh, why can't it be the 'bad guys' that have these techies lol

Just had the most frustrating deposit ever there, crashing galore and reduced to Play N go (thats bad for me:P)

Appreciate its 'out of their hands' and guessing I picked a bad time to email moaning ......
 
Yeah its a shame as GUTS seems to be getting hammered with problems lately. I know its out of their hands but ive went to deposit a few times and its been down lately.

I know its the server they use but hopefully they get a way to sort it. When you look at the bookmakers sites they have all sorts of games and they always run smooth and are very rarely down for maintenance. Not plugging William hill in any way but they have WMS, netent , microgaming and many more games and I cant remember last time I played and slots never worked or were seriously lagging.

Just wish there was a way all the casinos only could operate the same.
 
Someting is not right with the casino.
Got diconnected 2 times playing doa and the game is not working right, hard to explain but when you klick spin you can see that the spin has been played before the reels have turned.
feels lika a waist of money when you deposit and nothing is working.

Wont deposit anymore before everything is working.

EM Issues

Hi Everyone,

Sorry for the frustrations at Guts the past week. Every Matrix our current platform provider have had some serious issues causing some of the backend of the site to be unstable. We are pushing their tech team as much as possible as is every other EM customer I am sure but it is really out of our hands.

I hope that yesterday was the last of it and they can finally fix the other issue so we can release the new games that have come out in the past week.

Made my first deposit in quite some time at GUTS this morning, was playing DOA and I'm sure most of the time the wins were added before the spin was complete. I'm sure that doesn't happen usually, I had been up for a while so I may have been hallucinating :eek2:

no mate you were not hallucinating been happening for a good few days now:confused: very off-putting

Now we can't log in and my accounts blocked. CS said there's nothing they can do as they are having issues with all logins at the moment.

Two weeks of constant errors is not good when you are depositing $500 - $2,000 per week.

Sort it out!

Nothing but down hill since winning best casino, and now I'm regretting my vote.

Playing elsewhere until this is all confirmed as fixed.

Same here - account was "blocked for a few minutes due to too many incorrect log-in attempts" but they were not incorrect log-in attempts, it was the server hanging each time I tried to log-in.

Now the site is down and showing the maintenance screen again.
 
Theres really no need for all the trouble, Yes its not all there fault but EM needs to fix up quick, I not played there in a while due to the errors, The last time I deposit I did not even get a spin before it went down,

Can a casino change to a different operator ? As I certainly would not be paying EM with all the errors
 
Yeah I've kept my mouth shut and not added to the complaints here because they are one of my favorite sites, but enough is enough already.

Two weeks of constant crashing and automatic logging out, is not great when you are depositing so much, as not only does it kill the session, but it also messes with your psyche, as you start wanting to lose so your error strewn session can end as soon as possible.

I can forgive a few problems here and there, but to go on this long is not what you expect from casino of the year.

Regretting your vote because they have server issues :confused:, its irrelevant whether you spend 2k or £20 its a EM problem I can bet GUTS are just as annoyed as we are. It does not take away from the fact that at present they are the best casino out there, yeah they have had a few problems the last few weeks but just suck it up I am sure they will be back on track soon

By all means feel free to 'suck it up' yourself, however like many here I have reached my point of being patient after 2 weeks, and choose to voice my complaint like everyone else here.

Exactly my experience, but dealing with it for 2 weeks!

Like I said, as I have always been an advocate of theirs, I bit my tongue and did 'suck it up' for quite some time until now. However there does come a time when everyone reaches their breaking point.

Had I received some notification that they were experiencing continued issues, I may have felt otherwise, however I was allowed to continue making large deposits thinking the issues were resolved, only to experience the same problems over and over.

Hence my complaint here, and my comments regarding ceasing play there until I do receive notification that the problems have been 100% resolved, and not just resolved for the next 10 minutes.

Experienced every problem as explained by dunover earlier in thread, had a little moan via email to Guts support.

They very kindly gave me a 5er which did exactly the same!!

Out of their hands I totally appreciate, but when your gaming budget is a small one, frustrating doesn't even come close!!!

No lol, Only ever played about 3 games on it as tape took long time to load & always crashed, If I remember it was about 25 years ago and I remember exactly what it cost £60 second hand like,
Seems that theses casinos are still using them

Also remember about 3 years later my dad bought me a honda H100 (motorbike) Pristine condition and that only cost £25 did I have some fun on that :) Every time the old man went work I was out, Im only 34 but still fell alot younger & used to fill a jerry can up for £1.50

We have tried to give as much notice as possible with any downtime that occurs but for the majority of the time we have no notice and are as surprised as you are.

We have a technical team on our side with an open line to EM 24/7 so any immediate downtime can be actioned from our side and we can provide as much notice as possible to our customers.

We do have a solution in place for the future but it will take some time to action.

Again, I am very sorry for the issues, this is obviously not how I want Guts to be portrayed and we will fix this.

Ben, You are one of the best reps and casino, A few people know that its not the casino fault, & one of the few that actually close the casino down when problems, But for god sake change the platform, Unsure what's involved but not doing you no favours at the mo

Oh I do suck it up, as I say its not their problem and change takes time, I am not so fickle to moan about giving them my vote, its a problem not just affecting GUTS but many other EM casinos.

Depends on your personality - I'm very impatient so it annoys the hell out of me, you may be more tolerant. I had 1 disconnect on TSII about every 10 minutes at the end, DoA every 5 or 6 minutes. Your session may simply last a bit longer than you're used to. then again, it may not be as bad tonight.:confused:

No it just sounded like you said if you had a wife that stopped sorting out your problems you would get rid of her and find a new one :lolup:

There definitely was some lag and I had some disconnects.

Buttons lit up mid-spin and my balance flickered...

I tried paying little attention to it though, as I may have found some patterns...

My advice would be not to offer a major deposit bonus when systems are unstable.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that one regarding the buttons lighting up mid-spin. Did it on DoA during slow spins, which I presume indicated the result had actually come back from the server and the reels were due to stop any minute...:D
