anyone having problems at GUTS

First issue I have ever encountered with Guts, and I feel sorry for Ben & Co. that it's such a big one that's not their doing.

They have built up plenty of brownie points with me, therefore I am happy to be patient with them, even though I have $120 in my account waiting to be lost.

If you are a regular at Guts, I urge you to show that xmas spirit and support them despite any inconvenience, as they often show us the same courtesy when we have issues.

Just a thought.

Hi Everyone,

I am very sorry, we needed to take Guts down again due to issues that Every Matrix is having. Every Matrix assured us that everything was fixed earlier, we tested it internally and it was fine but the performance is terrible and we would rather have the site offline rather than provide our customers with a poor game experience.

I will of course keep you all updated.

Don't sweat. As long as you don't run off to Switzerland with all our deposits, then I'm sure the majority of us can wait. ;)

Thanks for the swift update.
The down time has been annoying as hell. Lags, disconnects, time outs, constantly! But we love Guts! So hopefully its all back to normal soon.

I know it was a good offer and fancied the free spins on Jack and the Beanstalk tomorrow. But to late now as they don't accept my maestro card and I got fed up waiting so used my ukash voucher elsewhere.

Still the best casino tho just one of those things that happen.

The issues from EM are ongoing and we worked out a way to put the site live but block the games as the game performance is terrible and we don't want to subject anyone to that. The issue will be fixed and they are saying by tomorrow at 16:00CET at, what I am praying is the latest.

We don't want to hold your money hostage so we put the site back online and worked out a way in the back office so we can still process transactions.

I will provide updates as I get updates.

Sure is, totally out of anyone's control really.

I still have not been to get my Ukash from shop yet as I know the same will happen with me lol and I will regret not having any patience (again) come tomorrow :rolleyes: at myself (you know you will give in Jon)

Has Every Matrix tried switching the system off and on again? :P sorry. But jokes aside, I hope they identify the root of the problem and have it amended soon. Past few months their system has been so stable.

But, they have identified the root of the problem and now they are fixing it, hopefully for good.

I have just tried logging in but getting a message from my security software saying 'There is a problem with this websites security certificate' and recommending not to try opening it.First time this has happened so I am hoping it is linked to all the problems that are going on with the server.

I have trouble with MG across a number of sites while other sites are just fine, I carnt say I have had much trouble at guts but also not played there for a while, Really does my box in & Unsure if the sites Im playing on or MG them selfs, Who ever the faults with they need some sort of fix and fast,
They need to spend a bit more time on how to make things run smooth and stop wasting there time on making repeat re-skin machines, Error 201? What happens to the bloody 200 errors before that? Contact CS only to be told theres nothing wrong there side and flog you of with the cookie and milk routine,

First error message was "gammatrix rejected handshake, client downgraded to lower TLS version, authenticity of data could not be verified.

Second error message was"guts is down for maintenance"

Third error message tried to load any game and got "invalid url parameters!"

Don't listen to CS then as the site is having problems.

was going to deposit myself but took ages to load so maybe try later. But unlike you im just getting a simple message. No games available lol. So on the plus side if I did deposit I wont lose as quick as usual.:D
 
CS are now saying it should be running in an hour...
Wish they would have a yellow info-banner across the site, at least people would know what is going on...

They are normally good at this type of thing and belive me if any casino can sorts things out than it is these guys, As you said they should put up temp down or something but they normally do,

So much for cs telling the other player that all was ok low?
 
I too was having a nightmare getting games to load up last night, including it kept making flash player crash, but after a bit of perseverance (4th or 5th time) of closing and restarting games they would work :)

Just a bit of info in case it happens to us again, waited all day for me 'spin fix' and no fault gonna stop me pmsl :p
