anyone have a problem with rolling reels at 32red

Its a constant headache for me, I have to keep closing the game down and reopining it I have complaine to live chat but they say no else has this problem

Yes, I've had it all day yesterday at 32Red on different games. I've often had to quit to restart the game again, when it would just work again as like it should. It happened on the instant play version though, idk about the download client.

I get the rolling reels at 32red alot also. Really quite frustrating. It also freezes on me frequently where i have to do a CAD to get out of the casino and re-log back in. Although I know they say it's the connection but what I don't understand is why it only happens when playing 32red as several other casinos do not do that on my computer. Sometimes I just get to the point that I'll deposit elsewhere because I want to sit back relax and play rather than fighting with the issues.

I keep getting the rolling reels on Thunderstruck2, but now I choose the Ravens feature.

i've had it on more than one casino and agree it gets on ya tits big time.
i kinda thought it may of been my zonealarm or virus protection as if memory serves the last time it happened, i think it stopped when i closed one of/both of those.

I played two sessions today at 32Red (downloaded version). The first session about 12 hours ago the issue was bad. This last session (past hour) it did not happen once.

I also get this, only on 32red. My internet connection is good enough to stream in HD and yet struggles to play a few slot games.

Quick tip

When this happens to me (downloaded version) and it's not because of a slow connection (sometimes it is) , what I do is, as the reels are rolling, I click on the Casino tab (far left tab). After this I mouse over the game tab where the wheels are rolling ( just mouse over, not click). You can see the reels spinning and they stop almost immediately on mouse over. May not work for anybody else but it works for me. Don't know why.
Why do I bother taking the time to do this? Because I love 32 Red ( and Spin Palace ) since I can play both and not have to wonder if I will get paid any winnings or not I know that there are other great casinos out there, these are just the ones I started with a couple of years ago and have never had any problems with either.

I have noticed this, and it is clearly not a connection issue, but a client issue. The client has the result, but for some reason the game has frozen and does not end the spin to display it. I notice that clicking back to the lobby and straight back to the game causes the result to be displayed immediately. This would not happen if it were a connectivity issue, as no amount of messing around on the PC would speed up a data packet held up in transit.
