Anyone Had Problems Withdrawing From Casino Grand Bay ?

I've been playing at Casino Grand Bay lately.

I have not had the opportunity to withdraw anything yet but I was wondering if anyone has had any problems withdrawing from them.

I closed all my accounts at the grand prive casinos after few deposits in each and didnt last more then a few min and didnt like the way site showed the spins i asked for them to close off all my accounts. I also if rmbr right i didnt like the way customer service handled some of the questions i had asked them also i would have to go back and read those emails as i keep them so i can recall what probs i had with this or that casino.

I played there a lot back in '02-'06 and actually had some really good wins. I just can never find the cashout button!

I've been plaing at TIV and Inetbet because I think I can trust them from what the members on C/M have said. I just really missed M/G and prefer to play those games.

While I have no love of Grand Prive due to the bonus SNAFU a couple of years ago (suddenly all loyal players who used bonuses Grand Prive so graciously SENT out were villains).... If you have a QT account and nothing is flakey with your casino account, I really don't think you'll have a problem getting paid should you win.

I wasn't around for the big bonus snafu a few years ago, but I can certainly understand why that made everyone unhappy. I occasionally play there mostly because they do offer some nice bonuses for a low roller like me. Have not had a cashout, the only time I should have.......well I didn't find that particular button. I will say that my experience with CS is about the worst I've ever had. Non replies to emails, a screw up about a bonus for a survey. They emailed me and asked me to take the survey, then said it was a mistake to have sent me the email. Total screwups in the CS department! Sometimes I get some fairly decent play time before I bust out and the one time that I hit fairly well......well I went for the big bucks and lost.

I like Grand Bay - I too have not had a cash out in a looooooooooong time - but of all the MGs I've had the most luck with them.

I emailed them today and asked what methods they use for withdrawals. They emailed me back in 15 minutes, that's pretty good I guess.

I've had really good experiences with Casino Grand Bay over the past five years Deb and they pay my cashouts into my QT account within six hours of when I cash out...
