Has anyone here ever won a progressive slot jackpot on RTG (Real Time Gaming) slot game?

Real Time Gaming (RTG) slots seem to play very tight and players state that the casino operators can change RTPs and remove symbols etc.

So.... I wanted to know if any player has actually won an RTG progressive slot jackpot?

Thank you in advance for sharing....

Yes, I've won several.

One betting $2.00 (Casino Extreme, Jackpot was like $300) and another betting $0.60 (SlotoCash , Jackpot was like $1,100 or around that.)

I have won a minor jackpot over a year ago on BasketBull on Sun Palace back when I first started out on RTG until I disliked the long payout times and moved on to other sites. In August 2018, I won a mini jackpot on Wonderland which is by NuWorks. I do know of other people who hit 12K and 16K jackpots too on RTG.

Good for you!!! I see RTG progressive jackpots reset all the time at Ignition Casino for over $10k and presume all RTG slots are on the same network regarding progressive jackpots....do you know if this is true?

Congrats on your wins!!

What casinos where the people who won $12K and $16K, may I ask?

Do you know if all RTG slots share the progressive jackpots?

The 12K jackpot was on T-Rex and was won on "Las Vegas USA", one of the casinos in the Mainstreet Group back when they payed out slow, but had great deposit bonuses. I do not recommend them since cashouts are really slow as in many weeks to months before they process your cashout and it was done by cheque.

The $16K one was won on Goldbeard at Raging Bull Casino and that member had to file a PAB here since after a few weeks of waiting, his account was suddenly closed because of new ownership and it took about a year before they did pay him in full. That CM thread is here: Resolved - $16,000 Jackpot at Raging Bull Casino - Documents Never Getting Reviewed

I also do not recommend playing there as payouts are also slow.

As for your last question, it depends on the casino, but I do know at some sites, a few RTG games have the same major jackpot linked to each other.

Thank you so much for your detailed answer.....I used to play at Raging Bull but stopped as payouts were always delayed and the customer service was really nasty.

Do you know anything about Ignition Casino???

Got one several years ago, for $4500 on $1 bet, Rudolf's Rampage or something like that. The one where five scattered "Thugs" give the jackpot. A couple of minors over the years as well.

Some RTG casinos "group" the slots, so there might be five games that contribute to the same progressive, and it can be won on any of them, others, like Inetbet, each have individual jackpots.

There are only a handful of Network jackpots, Inca Spirit and a few others. They are identified differently, and often are excluded from bonus play, so make sure you read rules, or choose a casino that blocks disallowed games.

From my understanding, Ignition casino (Bodog group) bought the actual rights to the RTG games they have and they are run independently from the main RTG system.
That's why they don't have the full suite of games you'll find at other RTG casinos.

Therefore I would ASSUME that their progressives are only local within their own group of casinos and NOT linked on the network.

Because I am not in the USA, I can not join and play at any casinos in their group - so I can't check.
But anyone who lives in the USA only has to visit one of their casinos and compare their jackpots to other RTG casinos (which should all be the same) and you will have your answer!

I recently won one on rain dance at kudos casino for just over 2400.00 but I was playing on the weekly kudos bonus money so I was only allowed to withdraw 23 times the 52.00 in kudos bonus money I received so the casino got to keep over 1200.00 of the instant jackpot I won, I checked rain dance recently and that money was not put back into it for someone else to win, not fair id say

All RTG casinos that have a max cashout on a deposit bonus or a freechip work the same way if you win a jackpot. It is dumb since it is an excuse to not have to pay the full amount and they don't donate the money to charity or even transfer it to another game. If they were properly licensed, they likely wouldn't be able to get away with the things that they currently can do. There would also be a lot less rogue casinos as well since it wouldn't be so easy to get a site with RTG slots. :/

That is totally not fair.....ironic that you won with a bonus.

Good to know....thank you. RTG gives a lot of control to the casinos themselves, I am learning, which is basically allowing them to rob players behind the scenes.

So does this mean that Ignition Casino has full control of games behind the scenes? Like changing RTP? Or removing symbols from slot reels at their own discretion?

I feel like Ignition Casino has gotten much harder to win on the last few months. The slots keep you playing but never above winning $10 - $50....not any amount significant enough to withdraw like over $100.

Thanks - yes that is my website.

My rating system is nothing like as thorough as Casinomeister's Accreditation system, but is based on popularity of each casino, cash-out speeds & limits, reputation and reported problems with them. The Bodog group has been around since 2000 and their reputation is pretty solid.
As you are probably aware, the USA is a "grey area" as far as online casino's go, with only 3 states officially licensing a few operators. The other operators are licenced in places like Curacao or Cypress, which in practical terms is pretty meaningless.

I don't know if he is still involved, but Bodog was founded by the highly respected Calvin Ayre - just Google "Calvin Ayre Bodog" and you will find lots of info.

As to their RTG games: I only know what I head read on this forum.
I would assume they could tweak the games if they wanted to - but I don't know if that is actually practical, nor can I see any reason why they would choose to do that.
Standard RTG games already have fairly low RTP's in the 94%-95% range, so to lower that still further wouldn't make much sense as players would notice their bad pay-outs and stop playing there.

thx luck 17 , I am definitely learning that, don't think I wanna sink money into a casino that does that, what gets me is that had I won a bigger instant jackpot the casino would of got to steal a lot more money without doing a dang thing. don't like their bonus system
