Anyone Else tried Kaboo Casino yet?

- Can't see site content until you register!!! - why would you do that?
- Only a few deposit options - no Ecopayz just like SL/Thrills
- I get this when i try to register - saves me the hassle when the site is not yet running properly

Looking good

Problems with PC touch screen devices should soon be solved according to CS. Played from ipad and Runs smooth for me and look cool.

An actual SE? Because they share a UKGC license with Thrills and super lenny. So you may now be SE'd from those now

I'm already SE'd from Thrills and SLenny. Which begs a few questions, doesn't it......

I took a look because of this thread. I was put off by the clearly incorrect HTML layout of the page which is inexcusable for a site that is up and running. In addition if you click on the UK Gambling Commission link to view the licence, you get taken to the Commission page that reports an error for the licence ID. This is very sloppy and should be validated and tested before going live - for any website, not least an online casino. I can see why people are put off as it comes across amateurish at best.

bit harsh, just type kaboo in search and it takes you to the license page, give them atleast a week to sort everything out before we jump to conclusions.

I like the way site has been set up, granted it needs few tweaks but knowing the group i'm confident everything will be great in a week or less

I have not had a problem till now, games not loading and pages seem to just stall

It needs some serious tweaking, Them echoes are crap, They work out at 10p an echoes, at the minute theres 3 echos for 500 wagers, Theres 4 games where you can collect 2 echoes on each for getting 2 bonus rounds at 40p spin & 50 echoes for another 20 deposit, and the next lot of missions is in 14 days?

There is a 60x bonus wager on deposit bonus, I think dunover done the right thing and jump ship before it sailed,

Yes I am sure that eventually it will, but why would a company take the risk by going live with all these glitches. To go to the lengths to put a licence link on the page, but to not test that link just conveys an attitude of laziness. Now if this thread was not in existence and I visited it in a month I am sure all would be well - but that is even more reason to test it all offline before deployment. The end result for them is a few customers on this site are already put off.

Deposited 50 euros there to try it out yesterday on DOA on 0.36 bets. Maybe leave it a while before you play that there - ive never seen 100 euros eaten up so quickly.

Managed the staggering £1200 wager on the £20 bonus, Took a small withdraw to test and less than 3 hours in my skrill, No docs needed :) Happy days

Web site and games fine on Microsoft Edge and on my iPad, but no other browsers work :(

I don't think I'll be taking a welcome bonus with those wagering requirements!

I have a SSD laptop with touchscreen so could only get 13 crappy IGT games. Apparently they cannot differentiate between mobile devices (which offer IGT) and touchscreen PCs. I used my desktop in the other room to log in (Win 7) and all games were fine, both in IE and Chrome.

They clearly put getting a quick buck from new players ahead of bothering to thoroughly test their product before offering it to very pissed-off and disgruntled players like myself, who feels conned.:(

How hard can it be for a new casino to test properly by logging-in and loading from mobile, touchscreen and desktop - each with the most popular browsers. It's a maximum of 12 permutations and would take half a day.

Highly unimpressed tbh, support is full of idiots, the website display problems are a joke, as are the wagering requirements,

Apparently "echoes" is a brand new exclusive concept, :what: Maybe using that particular word is, but having one of the least rewarding loyalty systems is not a "new innovative concept"

I'll stay clear thanks, plenty others out there :)

Another 50 deposit down the pan (grand total of 2 bonus rounds)on doa here taking the second bonus. On the plus side I picked reel rush (10 spins) with my echos, won 13 euros then played that funny pirate game on the first page (dont recognise the provider). Managed to get 4 parrots for 170x bet with a 50p spin and withdrew the 80. Not paid yet so lets see how quick they are.

Hi Everyone

I will aslo be the rep representing Kaboo.com,

I have been going through the thread, and first I would of course like to apologize to everyone for the issues you have been having. We are doing everything we can to sort out all bugs and glitches we have now and all feedback is greatly appreciated. I will do my best to adress all the issues here or in PM. But please all send me a PM with any problem you have big or small and I will fix it as well as see what i can do in terms of comp for the problems.

Some of the main questions in this thread I will try to shed a light on here

1. The UK license link. This due to that the UKGC did not suport the direct link for us, that is why you would have to type Kaboo in the search field and we would appear.

2. The lack of games only appeard on laptops with touchscreens. We are aiming to have a fix out on this today. Any player who had an issues with this please PM me.

3. The bonus req is a bit high we know, but we have been hit with alot of BA in the past, we will however take this feed back to heart and get back to CM

Regards
Erik

Much appreciated your feedback Erik. It confirms us that Betit is a good casino group :)

Could you please do your magic again so i can register from Thailand???

Good luck with the new adventure :D

I have no doubt regarding the integrity of this casino group and despite being a rare depositor (due to payment methods available) Would trust them 100%

Only 2 small 'grumbles'

i) Appreciate that BA is a problem for casinos but the WR is ridiculous IMO and would put lots of genuine 'None BA' customers off, However just read that this is being looked at so can cross fingers on that one!

ii) Again something that does not bother me but I can see from what I read from others on CM that it would bother them, namely the amount of e-mails and SMS which have come through. I only registered a couple of days ago, just to have a nosey around the site and already I have had 2-3 SMS and 5-6 E-mails!!

As I say this doesn't bother me in the slightest but I do read a lot of 'we hate spam' type posts so just a friendly 'pointer'

Best of luck to Erik and the team with Kaboo!!!!

Erik one more thing :)

Could you please look at adding Ecopayz to your deposit options??

As i wrote in a few other threads, Ecopayz is much cheaper for me to use. E.g. depositing 100AUD by using EP = 2700THB, by using Neteller 3650THB. Neteller is ripping customers off a little with their currency exchange fees. Hence, would appreciate if you can add EP!!

Don't you have a Neteller account in EUR or USD to evade fees?

My Neteller account is EUR but most of my casino accounts are in AUD as that is my preferred currency coming from THB. My gaming is for fun, hence AUD keeps it cheaper :).

Ecopayz i have EUR and AUD hence much less exchange fees.

Will not be signing up with them, because:

(1) It doesn't list any of the games they have in their casino
(2) It doesn't say anywhere what the cost of depositing / withdrawing is (if any)

Perhaps this information is available after your signed up but why should I provide them with my private details when I may not like the game selection or don't feel the need to pay a % of the money deposited just to play at the casino?

I don't understand these casinos that have this almost closed door policy. Give me a casino that is transparent from the outset with the games listed (and can be played in demo mode), deposit/withdrawal information etc.
