Anyone else having withdrawal problems via wire with slotsmillion

hi all. well so far I've been waiting for the last 7weeks for a $350 withdrawal from slotsmillion and im starting to run out of patience playing the waiting game.. 7weeks is just plain unbelievably way to long, I've contacted live chat and keep getting told that it has been approved on their end and it's on its way.. I really wish that the person receiving the payout like myself would be able to somehow track the payment from when the casino approves it and sends it on its way.. But unfortunately with wire payments it's apparently not able to be tracked in real time.. It takes a few weeks to find where it's at.. If anyone has any ideas on what else I can do please let me know.. Also if anyone has had this same issue but was eventually paid can you please let me know how long it took.. Slotsmillion used to be in my top 3 favorite casinos but it's falling down my list really quickly after going through this.. Cheers guys

I've been there and done that quite a few times now and the only 3 options left for me is to either use the complaints service slotsmillion have at the very bottom of their website and refer it to the alternate dispute resolution (ADR)... Post what I have on here... or just continue to keep playing the waiting game for it to arrive..

I'd wait then let your wallet talk and play where you you know your funds arrive in a timely manner :)
 
Is @Thomas-SlotsMillion not able to help? Or have slotsmillion just disappeared.

unfortunately I've tried to reach out to him for support... But he told me that he can't do anything or help very much at all. I've added a pic of his replyScreenshot_20190714-072547.jpg. I'm disappointed and starting to get frustrated about it.. my last option is put a complaint to the alternate dispute resolution (ADR) regarding this issue and let a 3rd party deal with it. But im afraid that just like the 3rd party who deals with the withdrawal process nothing will be done about it..

I've placed TWO WDs with Vs just this week and both hit my bank in 3 days, one with Casumo this week, 3 days as well.
I'm in Canada, they managed just fine.

I totally agree with you, only 1 bank holiday.. The exact date I requested the withdrawal was the 6/6/19.. This is the last email I received 14 days ago and if they had done their job properly I should have had the money by now.. Screenshot_20190714-110618.jpg
I wish that I could still play at Vs as they were my most favorite site to play at...
 
I don't know where now it shows who has viewed the thread (I can see who is viewING the thread) but I've flagged both @Casinomeister and @maxd if for no other reason for them to be aware of the ongoing SM issues
 
@Casinomeister when will you review this casino.
No meister minion will be using this casino to contribute reviews cuz who wants the risk of not being paid or wait for weeks on end to be paid as many of us have .

hi so here's an update to finish off this thread... So today I finally received the $350 withdrawal that I had been waiting for since the 6/6/19.. Also slotsmillion has changed payment providers due to the issues and that provider is INSTAREM.. I would like to say thanks to everyone and I hope to chat with you all again real soon... cheers
 
Can confirm Slotsmillion payment speed has improved DRAMATICALLY, withdrawal approved on a Friday, money in my bank the following Tuesday morning. For a while there I was waiting anywhere from 1-5 weeks, and if this processor continues to deliver in a timely manner I will probably play exclusively at Slotsmillion. Now next on the agenda should be improved support staff and some sort of losses rebate bonus, as I wager quite heavily with them and the most they ever apply is $10, when my average spin is probably between 5/6 dollars overall.

I like SlotsMillion and I am very happy that they have listened and worked on their payment issues :)

As they don't do withdrawals over the weekend and have your funds by Tuesday that is a big improvement :thumbsup:

Sorry. Same happened to me several times actually. You rather go to customer support fot ADR or do nothing and time flies
 
Similar thread Slotsmillion withdrawal delay

Like others I was experiencing long wire delays. Last Thursday night AU time, withdraw $1,550. Thought I'd see it about 10 working days. To my surprise it hit my bank early Monday. But more impressive, $900 locked on the weekend, processed 1'st thing Monday (without have to contact VIP support), arrived in my back account today (Tuesday).

Approx 8 hours between it being sent by SM, to arriving in my account.

Well done SM, that's lightning fast.
