I've played there a few times since they reopened and have really enjoyed it. They seem very reputable and the payout seems much better than alot of other RTG's I've tried. They have all the progressive games too.

If anyone is looking for a new RTG, I would definitely recommend this one.

Looks like a resurrection - the following is from an email from operator back in June last year:

“It is with great regret and a heavy heart that we announce that FreeSpin.com casino will be closing on June 30, 2010. If you currently have a balance with the casino, please either play out your balance or withdraw your balance before our closing date. Please note, if you have received a bonus, the wagering requirements are still in place for all bonuses as well as redeemed and comp points. All funds remaining in casino accounts after June 30, 2010 will be retained by the casino. We hope that you have enjoyed your time with us as much as we have enjoyed having you.”

It was powered by RTG back then, so they have presumably sold it on to another operator.

this casino is really quite good. They payout very quickly and customer service has been very nice, available and helpful. If you haven't tried them yet, they are definitely one of the top RTG's out there.

Its owned by the folks at Grand Hotel...
Can you tell me how you know that?

Also it would be interesting to know if they are cross-marketing players from their MG casinos to this RTG one as there doesn't appear to be an affiliate program...

BC when grandhotel had to say "goodbye" to its US client base, their ownership immed. set out flyers saying that their casino group would not abandon the US player, and then on May first or so, another email stating that the people who brought u GH are now offering u, "Free Spin."

Go to live chat, Lily or one of the other GH CSR's will ask u for ur account number... And then, tell u all about Free Spin...

One thing I will warn everybody about...if you do happen to cashout anything of significance, be careful with all future deposits. It's like the phenomenom we usually see in that you won't be able to win after that. This happened to me with constant losing deposits after cashout.

So you think they throw the doomswitch after you win? Keep smoking ...

Couple things to note

1) Their site still advertises UseMyWallet. They are either too lazy, or too inept to update their website. Either explanation is unsatisfactory

2) They charge $30-$50 for payouts by bank wire. Who knows the actual amount, it varies depending on where you look on their site. That is the only withdrawal option.

It's very unclear to me why anyone would want to play there given the above.

I paid $30 for the bank wire withdrawl. Yes, I definitely think they turned the switch on me because I lost an absurd amount of continual deposits after cashing out. I've seen this at other RTG casinos like Intertops after cashing out sizeable amount.

Just trying to warn others, that's all, but don't play there anymore because of this "unleaky streak".

It's not like we have a big choice is it?

I think BPB is rather rude. I'd prefer if you stayed out of this thread if your comments continue to be sarcastic and certainly not helpful.
