Hello everyone! Has anyone heard of this new RTG casino
called PlayersOnly? They have no "about us" page.
Their free chips resemble Virtual's so I am obviously concerned.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Of course
I know to stay away from RTGs, but need to know if
I should blacklist them for being in the Virtual group.

Another weird thing is they only take USA players:confused:

I hate to post here as I know it gives them free advertising:rolleyes:

I have a feeling pokerlistings owns it. Thats just a guess but they have been pushing the site for a while now. Ive never looked at the place so I dont really know anything about them. Ive seen the site pop up on a few portals lately

Player's Only isn't new and isn't RTG. They use World Gaming SW. They had an issue with slow payment last year that seems to be resolved. I wouldn't call them reputable, but I haven't heard of any problems in awhile. You can search on other forums for more information.

Thanks!
I found this
PlayersOnly.com is part of the Sportsbook.com family
"This website is owned by Jassy Sports Events Limited, Suite 427, 95 Ganu Street, B'Kara BKR06, Malta "

Consider this topic closed as I have just read some complaints and will ban them to be safe

Actually AKA23, they are RTG. I know this because I played there last night on their free chip. Was bored, no money and used it for play money. Would not deposit there cause something just didn't feel right. But can't say as I know anything bad about them. Just a feeling.

Yes they are RTG.. probably just used the name "PlayersOnly" instead
of "Player's Only"

I am banning them to be safe.. I have read some things
that do not make me think they are a good place to play

Are you talking about the site www.playersonly.com ? The original post mentions only allowing US players, so it is safe to assume he is talking about this casino, which has a unique policy of only allowing US players...

www.playersonly.com. And it was RTG software. Was a sportsbook looking site and when you download the casino software, it is RTG. Doesn't look like it from the instant version, but the downloaded one is RTG. So, don't know what to tell you but that's what I played last night.

I just downloaded the casino, and it seems that they do indeed have an RTG download. I apologize for my earlier comments. In the past, the download casino was World Gaming, like the instant one. It seems that they have recently changed software to RTG on the download casino, but kept World Gaming software on the instant one. They have not yet updated the games list on the website to reflect the SW change.

I have only good things to say about them. 4days from cashout to chk in hand. Excellent service. Have treated me very professionally.

When Sporting Bet sold off its US facing business they made Jazette agree to only take US players so they would not compete. This is why they only take US players. Sportsbook.com and friends (Jazette) have a horrible reputation of reversing wins, slow paying and no paying. Sporsbookreview gives them a D-, a borderline scam. Many players have had luck getting paid, some have had nightmares. They can only cashout by check and take 7-30 days.

I was bored.....and no $ so I went to the site for check it out and my zone alarm anti-spyware warned and blocked me from this, surfaccuracy.com when I started the download of the casino.

Do NOT go the casino website or the surfaccuracy website, it is most likely not safe.

I did some googling and came up with bad stuff about the surfaccurcy. See here
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

and there are several forums with folks trying to get help to remove it. It is spyware/adware disguised as a removal tool.

More info here.

I would NOT trust any website or casino that tries to do a drive by and install some nasty that you did not ask for.

I'm going to ask for a mod to re title this thread to warning.

Sorry bb!! I have heard that from more than 5 people now..
a thread name change would be fine with me or moving
it to the complaint section
. The Sportsbook casino
is also in this group and would probably have the same problems :eek2: :(

Thanks TDTAT but my puter is OK. Zone Alarm blocked the install of the malicious program.

For those of you who did do the install, you need to check and more than likely clean your computer. From what I've read at least it doesn't sound like it would be too difficult to remove.....but that isn't the point, it's installing without your knowledge or consent. IMO that is rogue behavior.

Thanks for the heads up folks! From Symantec website:
