any idea how bonus system work on this casino?

I deposite 55€ and got 55€ bonus on third spin hit the 500+ now their bonus system is really confusing.

1- been playing for like 2 hours and my bonus still show 55€...
2- in withdraw window it says i can withdraw only my winnings but they gonna remove bonus from it?

I was going to copy paste some other stuff from the rules that is relevant and might help....but it was easy for me to find so it should be easy for you. Maybe you should read it again.

I think the terms are badly worded and would want clarification in writing BEFORE I played. Did you even read the terms before depositing? Sounds like you did not. Bad idea.

This was really strange. In Swedish there is nothing about any Locked bonuses, instead it's about free money you can get.
Maybe it doesn't say that for Marcus either.

Is it possible all bonus money is locked until wagering is complete, instead of converting $10 at a time like Microgaming? I would interpret the term to mean only your deposit is withdrawable at this point.

The English terms state real money wagers do NOT apply to bonuses.

Its not a difference of opinion....it is what it states. Makes no sense, but there you have it.

The locked bonus means only specific games are allowed.

I am really confused now
I have been reading the bonus rules in Swedish, Norwegian and English and it surely didn't make me understand more.

When they talk about locked bonuses it is as I understand when a player get some free money, a free bonus, then it can be locked to a certain game with certain rules attached. It doesn't say in English that it's free money but it does in Swedish. That bonus has nothing to do with any deposit bonus.

But obviously the player can withdraw his winnings as long as he haven't touched the bonus money.
I sent an email and asked them to explain why it doesn't say the same in different languages so that will be interesting to read.

I think I need to stop reading both the English and the Swedish rules in casinos. Then I won't see any differences but just follow what it says in my language.
I got a reply that even though it's a Swedish casino and mostly Swedish people working there, it's that version that's wrong.

I better keep an eye on their rules so I'll know which one to believe in
