I've been out of playing for several months, finally got everything back in order after the hurricanes last year (I'm in Florida). I lost all my links and database though. Anyone have any intel on casino tropez and aspinalls? They both have good bonuses and good wagering requirements, almost too good. Checked several lists and haven't found anything pro or con on either. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
P.S. Since I have to rebuild the DB any help with reputable casinos with good bonuses that allow BJ to fulfill the WR, would be appreciated. Bad casinos would be
appreciated also. Thanks again.
PSS. So as to not tie up the board, if you want to email me directly with the casino links please feel free. tablesniper@yahoo.com

they're both playtech casinos and will pay your winnings

however, you should note that the bonuses are STICKY, also tropez might ban you from future promotions, and aspinalls DOES NOT allow BJ anymore

Aspinalls has a serious casino in London so I would imagine that they are solid.

I would DEFINATELY not play at Aspinalls. This is a sister site to the infamous GoldenPalace.com . A month or so back I deposited and won a decent amount and initiated a cashout. Immediately I sent an email asking what documentation I needed to speed up the process. After 14 days without a response or being paid I called them on the phone and was told that they were waiting on my documentation and had emailed me this but that my ISP (AOL) was blocking the emails from getting to me. I explained to this guy that I had all the spam filters off and have my mail set up to get all email from everyone so what he was telling me about not getting their supposed three emails was baloney.Suddenly within the next half hour I got three emails from them. Hahahaha!! What a coincidence. In any event the gent on the phone requested a picture id so I sent it. He then emailed me back saying I need to send a utility bill so I sent it. A week or so later still no cash so I called again and he said he needed a second utility bill. Why not just request all this the first time?? It seems that no matter how many ids I sent them they would just ask for more. Finally after calling again a week later asking what is going on I got a very rude CSR who was actually laughing at me on the phone and who pissed me off so bad that I told her to reverse this withdraw as it was obvious they weren't going to pay.Boy did she get happy then and suddenly the service was great as they switched it in about two seconds and then proceeded to take my winnings and deposit back in less than an hour. My recommendation would be to steer far clear of this Aspinalls/GoldenPalace garbage. Good luck!!!

Yup and never had problems .
It is very important in my estimation for the casino to have somewhere an established landbased operation.Like that you know that they ain't going to perish in a night and leave players empty handed.Having said that I don't imply that all casinos with landabased operations behind are good.I have had terrible experience with Ritz club and seriously their support was at the time a disgrase for Ritz.Am sure if i had send a letter to the Ritz club they would of taken care the issue and send the muppets home.I wonder whats the situation now......

You must be the only person in the world. My e-mails last year to CS and to the casino manager went unanswered. Telephone CS: "Sorry mate, we don't have a clue".

I usually phone them up folk . I find more easy to speak to someone when I have a problem rather than waitting for a reply to my email

I made my first dep at aspinalls $25 got a $50 bonus, met my WR requested my cashout $1300.00 they took of the sticky $50 and I sent in my drivers license, front and back of cc and the top to my bank statement, I had the money in my bank account on the ninth day. So considering there is a 48 hour reversal time and 3-5 days for a wire transfer Id say they were fairly quick on my first withdrawl and I only had good cust service from them.

Yea well believe it. I was leary when I started but they have the lowest bonus WR on the net only 4x. I got locked out from GPalace when they still used Aqua software for no reason, but all seems ok now.

Aspinalls (like Golden Palace) takes about 3 weeks to set payments rolling.
gfkostas is right as they have been land based since 1962 in mayfair.
Respectable.
I think they have a cap on how much you can withdraw which was about 5000$ per week.
(Doesn't sound like a problem but a friend who had an itchy finger won 50.000$ at Golden Palace and only managed to withdraw about 15.000$ :) )
You will get paid however.

I had somewhat similar experience with spike38 with Aspinalls. I requested a cash out and after one week I had to ask them what takes so long. They asked me to send id and utility bill and I did. It took two more weeks to get the money.
