Question Any experience of 10BET?

Has anyone any experience of 10BET? I opened an account last year for sports betting, but never really played the casino. Last night I deposited £15 in the casino, got a 175% bonus and played up to £70. Was playing on mobile and got a bit bored, so decided to play DOA @ .90p spins - and in drops 5 scatters!!! So finished the playthrough, making sure that I bet no more than £2.50 per spin on any slot even though there doesnt appear to be a max bet or any restricted games.
So ive requested a £2,000 withdraw, left a couple of hundred for betting with, sent my documents for verification even though i havent been asked, and my question is have any players here had problems with 10BET?

Reversed on Friday, built it up to £2500 and withdrew again, and still sitting at pending.
Spoke to CS several times today, was told at first withdraw was being reviewed ( and the account history????)and would be processed today, the latest update I have got is that its being reviewed today and the review of a withdrawal can take 3-5 business days!!!!
So quite possibly a withdraw on Friday could still be pending next Friday - I doubt whether I will ever go neat 10BET again, this isnt the way to entice customers to redeposit.
Oh, and when I checked my account on Friday, i had already made a small withdrawal from 10BET in January so my account is already verified.

I have no problems there or at their sister site Real Deal Bet. I made a withdrawal Friday morning that hit Skrill a few hours later.

I have found this to be like pulling hens teeth TBH, the CS is no help, and I double checked the last email and it definitely states that the review of the withdrawal takes between 3 and 5 business days. Dont understand how it can take so long to " review" the withdrawal, or review the account history.

They used to be accredited. Kinda middle of the road casino, not great but not that bad. They had fairly low score as well.

Check their review page, WD times seem to be at least couple of days.

I think I am maybe a bit jittery as I am up £2.5K for a £15 deposit, and I have only deposited 2 or 3 times at 10BET in the past...

Don't reverse as it will begin pending again when you withdraw. From memory they are a bit slower at the weekend.

Yes, I know but I honestly thought it would at least be moved from pending at this stage, I spoke to chat this morning who told me it would be processed today, but I have just asked CS for an update by email and they say that its still being reviewed because its a " big win" and they cant say when it will be processed, and this is my concern - I have been told so many different things by CS.

It takes so long as they want you to reverse what you won and lose it.
It's that simple.

So there is not one member of staff who has the authority to process a withdrawal.
Another shoddy outfit.
Stick to the big guns, you may not get as many bonus's, or free stuff, but at least they pay and won't attempt to screw you out of what you won fairly gambling with your hard earned money. I've had withdrawals flushed at daft o'clock on weekends loads of times, granted only at very good casinos, and don't believe the review scores on here, they are not exactly accurate.

Its 72 hours now, still pending and ive just wasted more time on chat trying to find out when its going to be processed, and still no further on. I was told yesterday it would be processed yesterday, then told today its going to be processed today, but still its sitting in pending. The whole thing has made me certain that I will never go near them again, William Hill and Skybet leave them in the shade, and I will stick to them in future.
