So apparently the top game epidemic isn't going to stop anytime soon.
I just went into Live Chat and asked a few random questions, the whole story will be posted in American the Beautiful, but I will summarize a few things that I'm willing to share outside of that venue.
They subject to you to the usual if you deposit under $249 rule, you get a 10x max cashout.
Also there bonuses aren't cashable, and what not, plus a $50 wire transfer fee, $100 wire minimum.
My suggestion, as usual, there are way better places to play. Unless if you don't mind only being able to cashout 10x of whatever you deposit.

Hi there :D

Yes, players should stay far away from Topgame based casinos. Topgame as a supplier, and most of the casinos who are powered by Topgame are a joke.

I know you guys don`t have many options, but it is better to use accredited US friendly casinos instead of supporting this ridiculous gang of unreliable casinos.

Well what entertains me as a whole with these guys. Is the fact so far every new Top Game that I have seen that has opened. Still offer Vanilla Visa as a deposit option. Which has officially shut down processing transactions for anything outside of the US. Yet they still claim it as an option.
I'm always just curious, as to what fool has decided to overstep there boundaries and process inside of the US.
Yet per a conversation I had with them, all there doing is using the same structure and same processors as everyone else. So my major question to them as always is, why do you advertise that you take Vanilla Visa when really they don't work outside of the US.

The only thing that 'TopGame' are on TOP of is their ability to shaft players...

Nate

As in the past, my experience is totally different. I play at two different Top Game casinos; Winward and Diamond VIP. Still get paid once a week when I win, bonuses are fully cashable, and good incentives. I know I am a higher roller than some here -- but treatment at both of these independent Top Game platform casinos has been good.

FWIW,

Diane

I have to agree with Diane..I play at Winward now and then..They do not have a max cashout (unless it is free money)..They used to have a 10x's playthrough requirement, now they have gone up to 20 or so..It does take a bit to get your money , but they tell you that up front, but I have always
gotten payed..

Hi Diane

I notice your experience thus far with grand luxe hasn't been stellar.

Aren't you more than a little uncomfortable that an ex-diamondvip employee (which I believe they are, or possibly still work for them but wanting to suggest they don't) can take all of your personal data, including I venture to say your deposit history (they wouldn't be calling $20 a day players), and use it to poach you over to a new venture?

IMO any casino that limits withdrawals when no bonus is taken is an absolute disgrace to the industry, and even more so when they treat high rollers like yourself like gold at the same time. I've always respected your personal freedom to play wherever you wish, even though I think supporting them does other unsuspecting players and the player population as a whole no favors, but I do hope that one day you'll release that you're feeding the sharks. I just hope, as you're a friend, that you don't find out the hard way.

Thanks for the response and what I know is your genuine concern for me. I appreciate both.

I have NOT played at GrandLuxe and don't intend to ----- it was slimy the way they had my personal phone number. I asked the guy who called where he got it and he just said he had worked for a number of other casinos and knew I was a player. I just wanted to get rid of him so I told him I wasn't interested and then hung up.

After I saw the comment here that they were part of Rome -- I went and checked my sources and "chat" -- both said it is an independent user of Top Game, not affiliated with Rome, Winward, or any other of the Top Game Licensees.

I don't recommend Winward or Diamond VIP to members of this forum ----- there are 100 bad experiences from other respected members compared to my solo positive experience. I remain wary as I do at any site, but still playing and still getting paid every dollar owed me via weekly payouts (when I win). I got paid in full for my last very large win.....

My comment may not be relevant for all TG brands but for many: in conversations I've had with TG employees it turns out that many/most of the brands are created for individual affiliates (hence you'll also see their portal links on the home pages). As such, there is no real "casino management" or person in charge to go to with a complaint. As long as the affiliate/casino-owner manages to funnel traffic to his site he can afford the bad press until he cuts and leaves.

Brands can crop up and close down with ease, and you'll have an unhappy experience getting served as a customer. If you had to gamble online, RTG casinos are probably a better choice though I wouldn't smile about that either....
