My play at Unibet is about 90% WMS slots, but I am branching out into some of the other offerings they have.
I've previously flagged up 'Tesla' (which I still recommend!), and this evening's suggestion is 'Angel or Devil'.
The hook on this one is that you can adjust the variance of the slot at any time you wish (the RTP is fixed at just under 95%).
Angel is lowest variance, Devil is highest variance, with three settings in-between for low-medium, medium, and medium-high.
Slide the bar right down to 'angel' and you get wilds on 1-2-3, more scatters for more features but with lower paying 'angel cards' after every spin, and everything geared towards lower payouts with high frequency. (i.e. Lots of wins and features but very rare big hits.)
Slide the bar right up to 'devil' and it's the opposite, the wilds are all on 3-4-5 (so bigger paying but rarer 4/5OAKs), less scatters so feature hits are rarer, but every card on the feature is a 'devil card' so higher payouts.
There's also a 'super card' which upgrades the reels for the rest of the free spins round, which is what I've got in the screenshot below.
(The help file is very informative and fully explains everything.)
Now in reality I think even the MAXIMUM DEVIL setting is fairly tame, and I'd say that's the one to go for. The feature is somewhat rare at this setting but almost always pays decently, and it eliminates a lot of the horrible tiny base game reel wins and rubbish paying features that plague so many online slots.
The graphics and sound are excellent, it looks and feels like a video slot rather than a video game, and it doesn't spend ages buggering about with pointless animations and other trivial rubbish that simply gets in the way of the gameplay.
Not sure if it's available anywhere other than Unibet.
The feature this screenshot is taken from finished at 173x stake (£34.65p from a 20p spin), and that's on MAXIMUM DEVIL setting, so do be aware this isn't some sort of crazy DoA/Bruce Lee/BDBA type affair - the maximum win on the base game is 200x stake and in the bonus round something like 1000x stake for a single spin.
Just thought I'd give a heads-up for it as it's something a bit different
