An odd MGS balance thing

In about February I had a free $15 bonus issued to one of my MGS accounts.

After my playing session I had ZERO balance. I found it may be important not to leave even few cents from a bonus in case if another bonus may be issued.Optimistic approach,yep. So I remember I played BDBA, had few cents left and went to Jane B to play out the rest to have exactly 0.00.

In a very short time another free $15 were credited to the bonus balance so I had 15.00.

I went to BDBA,hit some wilds ,returned to the lobby and noticed that not only my total balance increased but bonus balance as well. It changed from 15.00 to 30.00

As far as I know MGS casinos including this particular casino don't carry over WR from previous bonuses and I checked this rule each of my 3 chat sessions.

That time I still had the last transactions showing that I had exactly zero after previous bonus and exactly 15.00 with a new one visible in Playcheck.

I provided these transaction numbers to the support.Dunno why I didn't make a screenshot of the game history.

I haven't received any email with explanation but support representatives told me that casino contacted MG regarding this issue and I don't know what MG exactly said but in next chat sessions I was informed :

"the reason that part of your winnings went into the bonus balance, is due to the outstanding playthrough requirements that you still need to meet"

Zero balance means no more obligations,yes? Even if I had an unfinished game they could point it. But I played only BDBA and AJB.

My only maybe not too smart idea is a system glitch and the system identified a suddenly increased balance as another deposit and credited another bonus automatically.

So I don't touch this balance but I also have no detailed explanation.And now I already can't make a Playcheck screenshot.

I have a Gold status at another casino of this group (not sure it's a hella big advantage though lol) and I asked them lately if they can look into this.

In general customer support is just great and I'm pretty satisfied with my stay at this group.

But it's just interesting how could this bizzare thing happen.Technically.For me it looks a bit odd but maybe it has a very simple explanation.
 
Hi. You don´t say what casino you play at but only a few MG casinos do this.
Thats 32red (ouch),nedplay,dash,gnuf & lavida.

Well,it's Vegas Poker casino. But I never encountered such thing at any MG casino including other casinos of this group. Lost-means no further obligation (I thought).

Just found an email in spam folder that another free bonus credited to the same account. LOL.Sicko.
