I give up on using AMEX. I have called AMEX and they say no transactions coming through, no transactions denied and card is not blocked for international transactions. So it is the processors that apparently aren't even attempting to complete the transaction and showing my card as blocked. Eventhough support says they are not blocking my card and even they don't see an attempted transaction denied immediately after I try to deposit.
Go figure. then one casino told me the casino groups processor has a maximum daily AMEX deposit amount for all Amex transactions, but they couldn't tell me when the processor's daily max reset so that I might know when the best time to try a deposit would be.
These casinos are paying these processors but apparently are not privy to information regarding what transacations and when transactions, are processed.
Poor management IMO as a business that accepts visa/MC/Amex. My business would not stand for this, would not pay the higher Amex fee if they were not attempting to process transactions at all.
