This is not really a big deal, kind of my fault for not checking things out properly but i just wanna hear you guys thoughts about it.

Having like 30$ in my Moneybookers account i wanted to sign up for a new poker site and try to build a bankroll. I signed up at betway since they are accredited here, and deposited through their main page.

The problem however is that they have separate cashiers for their casino, sportsbook and poker site. And no way to transfer funds between them! And since i deposited when i registered it went to their sportsbook site. I can however login with the same account their poker site. I tried contacting support and they said that the only thing i can do is to withdraw and then deposit to their poker site again. However since i deposited under their withdrawal limit my only chance is to deposit 10$ more and withdraw, something im not very keen on as i have to fill up my MB account with a wire transfer then. Or i can try to get lucky in their bookie something im not very keen on as my casino and sportsbook budget is empetied out.

Ofcourse i should have checked this out before depositing, but am i the only one who expect a site offering all these different games should have option for transfering funds between accounts? And i find it a bit hard to belive that they cant do it manually either, as i know 32red using the software and cashier system has such an option.

Anyways i sent their rep here a PM, hopefully he can sort it out.

It is the norm for inter product transfers to be possible, so you are not expecting too much. However, there are always going to be exceptions to the norm, which can often catch customers by surprise. It's down to making assumptions based on experience of the norm, without actually checking on each occasion. Operators too make assumptions about their players, and where a player does not fit the norm, they can run into problems even though they have done nothing wrong.

This is an exception worth highlighting as a note to the accredited section, and for any webmaster who links to this operator to highlight in their reviews.

Ladbrokes, for example, is much like Betway, having an MGS casino, sportsbook, and poker. Unlike Betway, transfers between the products is a simple matter that can be done through their main cashier page. Unlike Betway, Ladbrokes do not use the standard MGS cashier for the casino, and "Banking" in their Viper lobby goes to their bespoke cashier page. This difference is probably what allows them to enable such transfers, whereas Betway have used the cashiers that come with each product, so they have to operate separately. This WILL cost Betway more in fees since players have to use an external wallet to facilitate such transfers, with Betway being charged a fee both ways. They could use an internal "safe" along the lines of 3Dice, which will enable such transfers without the need to involve an external processor and incur fees.

After talking to support 5-10 they finaly agreed to make an exception for me. Im thankful for that, but it kind of annoys me that they said it was absolute impossible the first time i talked to them. Ofcourse i knew someone in the house there would be able to do it, so some persistence paid off :)
