its been a few days now without a reply so i called them and they said there still waiting from the financial department and to be patient
It's not been "the weekend" for 4 days so far, so they need to "pull their finger out" or face being accused of deliberately delaying to get an extra weekend's delay under their belt. If they have the standard set of documents, verification should be routine, and FAST given the YEARS of operating experience behind Jackpot Factory.
If the documents are missing something, they should by now have asked for some additional information, such as a second proof of address.
In the meantime, ask a friend to take a photo of you holding up your photo ID next to your face, save to PC, and create a JPEG no larger than 1Mbyte ensuring the whole document is visible, and the photo clear enough to show it, and your face, to a standard that would allow your face to be compared to the photo in the document. You could also take a screenshot or scan of any statement from the deposit method used to fund your AllSlots account, making sure it shows that deposit.
Once these hurdles are passed, payments are usually between 24/48 hours after withdrawal, but it may be possible to get CS to "flush" withdrawals provided you have been verified. It is certainly something they do for VIP players, and it can lead to next day payment if using something like Neteller. There are however occasions where JF screw up, sometimes in a major way. This can lead to significant delays, even for VIP players. My worst experience of such a JF screwup is a 10 day wait for a flushed Neteller withdrawal, and it was necessary to get eCogra involved to even get it down to that 10 days. This eCogra investigation revealed piss-poor internal communications between the different departments within JF, which had lead to no-one actually taking ANY action whatsoever, despite my repeated calls to front line CS, and their equally constant promises to "look into it and get back to me".
It is possible that you are also a victim of this internal communications issue, and the reason the Financial department have not got back to CS is because they have not actually acted on this task yet due to some communications failure.
