Yes I have another beef with this casino and it is really pissing me off. I feel as if I am being taken for a fool by them.I have been playing at allslots casino over 5 years perhaps over 6 years.( and also playing there other casino as well alljackpots) I play often every other day mostly if not more. 2 years ago I asked them why I have not been invited as a V.I.P. Player. I certainly play and deposit enough. I am a V.I.P. Player at every other casino I play. I got half ass-ed answers from them. Then recently, about 3 days ago, I mailed them and asked again. I get a half ass-ed mail back stating that I must be a player at there casino for 60 days and in those 60 days my deposits should be up to 2,500 dollars. I mailed them back letting them no that Yes, I have been a player for years at there casinos as I stated and yes in the last 60 days I have deposited more then 2,500 dollars( as it shows in my transactions) and that is just in allslots alone not to mention how much I deposited in alljacpots. I have had many periods of " 60 days" where I have deposited more then 2,500 yet they still throw out excuses to me why I am not a V.I.P Player.I really feel I am being taken advantaged of and they do not respect me, especially when I am a long time player there and spend tons of money at that casino.I am waiting for a mail back from them and will see what they say this time. If they can't respect me as A player and do the right thing, I will close all of my accounts there and play the casinos that respect players who are loyal to them and appreciate how much I play there.

Well that is what it comes down to as with all privilege complaints.
If you are not getting what you think you deserve then ask them to close your account stating why.
Whatever they decide to do you will be getting what you want.

All I ask is that you trust me when I say, it is not worth the effort.

1) You get a welcome basket, with a few things in it, soap, bubble bath, a robe and slippers if you are female. Have no clue if you are male. Oh and a 50.00 welcome chip, but you can get that by asking ( CALLING ) all slots with less problems.
2) You get double points BUT ONLY IF you play at the VIP LOUNGE ONLY & it plays different than Allslots I assure you. I can sure play longer at All slots on my money than the VIP lounge.
3) They have some promos and if you ain't rich as hell, you ain't ever gonna come close. By this I mean spending thousands and thousands. OR being lucky enought to hit a JP to play on ( give back ) to MAYBE make the leaderboard.
4) You get invites & free entries to play against 4000 others weekly ;). But you get them from the others as well. I get my invites from All slots, not VIP.

You get better bonus's and treated better to stay put believe me. I still get things from Allslots and I still play there more often. Not so much anymore due to their tightness but if I had a choice it would be all slots.
The ONLY thing better you get and this I promise is faster replies to your inquiries. emails etc...

Please don't get upset, you have lost nothing and you are far better off where you are. I don't waste my time with VIP because I am no millionaire and I don't need anymore hoops to jump through to please them.

I felt just like you, then I experienced the HUGE let down. I got far less bonus's and a whole lot less thank you's.

I BEEN THERE

THAT SUCKS!

Have you contacted their representative here? Doesn't sound right based upon my experience with them.

I agree with other poster that I win less at VIP but actually my Microgaming cashins way down from last year; across the board.

Winning more at RTG as of late! 7000.00 in two days! yipee. Only about 20,000.00 more to break even this year; losing venture in long run!

Thank you for your replies. I appreciate it. Yes I have called them a few times regarding this . I have heard excuses. The last excuse I heard Via Phone is that I should be playing those contests more often. The most recent excuse I have via mail is a few days ago. Here is there reply copied and pasted

"Thanks , your feedback is much appreciated.
Regarding the VIP status, I'm afraid that in order to be considered as a VIP Member you must meet the minimum criteria -
You have played consistently in any of the Jackpot Factory Casinos for at least 60 days
You deposit a monthly minimum of 2500 credits to your account
To learn more on the VIP Lounge please click here
We will be sure to check on you from time to time, and hope to see you one day at the Lounge.
Kind regards and take care,
Emma"

The link she had in there did not even work. But this is what she tells me I have to do to be a V.I.P Player. I have been at this casino over 5 years and many times I have met those requirements as high as they seem.

Vip is no big deal. Don't worry, just leave. They will probably contact you in a month to ask why you dont play there anymore. Explain then and you might get what you want.

Strange that they list deposits as their criterion, not playthrough.

Anyway, if you don't like them, don't play at them. There are plenty of other casinos in the sea.

Note the words, MINIMUM criteria.

It seems that being made VIP is NOT about meeting a set of defined criteria, such as earning xxxx comp points during the "upgrade period". VIP here seems to be personal invite, and is probably a PERSONAL decision made by the casino management. Constantly complaining about NOT making VIP actually REDUCES the likelihood of being invited - it makes them think you are just after the bonuses (even though they are a "bit crap" now).

Playing (and winning) their contests has a great deal to do with it, more than they let on. This is viewed as "participation" in the whole experience.

I was somehow made VIP at 60 days, almost on the dot;)

All I seem to have done differently was continue to play after the SUB, and taking part in many of their leaderboard and other contests. I won quite a few of them, but they were much easier. The later ones are often dominated by "whales", who seem to wager in the MILLIONS during some of the contests. Worse, the prizes are lower, ranging from 400 to 1000 - they used to regularly offer 2500 or 2000 as the top prize. I saw 5000 once:what: (Who do they think they are, Grand Prive:p ).

Now, it seems much of this contest money has found it's way into the "free" slot tournaments. Currently, they have on offer a world series of slots promotion in the slot tournament software with a considerable prize fund. This may be more economical for them to run, but carries a high risk if too few players use the options to continue and rebuy.
They seem to run quite a few other "free" tournaments too, over and above the ones run by MG.

Wow your right. I should not " Constantly complain" How dare I do such a thing.Especially being a Loyal Player who met all these requirements for 6 years now. I will just sit back and throw away thousands of more dollars monthly at this casino wait another 6 years and see what happens. I wont dare complain again. I don't want to reduce my chances at this tight @ss casino Of being a V.I.P. Member.

LOL.... I am so done with allslots ... as someone in the post wrote..control panel/Programs/Delete!

Re: VIP Status

Hi Clj,

I definitely understand the frustration regarding your VIP eligibility with
the Jackpot Factory Group. I was a very heavy player with this group. However, when the US banned online gaming, along with the fact that I lived in one of the restricted States, my accounts were closed. It was at this time that I came to truly understand the saying "A Blessing in Disguise". I never realized exactly how much money this "VIP Status" cost me. I played all their Casinos, inlcuing the VIP Lounge. My least favorite casino was First Web, my favorite was Wild Jack (not counting the VIP Lounge). In my least favorite casino alone, I lost $138,000 in the few months that I had access to my accounts during the year that the ban took place. We all know that casinos use many psychological tactics to keep us playing. This is why in land based casinos we play with chips and not cash. In online casinos, we just enter our CC number, and off we go. Clj, trust me, they are doing you a favor by not making you a VIP player. The bonuses, gifts, trips, etc. cost much more in the long run. Also, not to lose your status, you continue to deposit large amounts of money, play for hours on end, and lose your azz.
If they gave me a $500 bonus, my last deposit was larger than this "free money"! I now play at Clubworld, an RTG casino. My money lasts longer, and my deposits are no where near what I would charge at JF. I get nice bonuses from ClubWorld, and their support team is wonderful. Please, Clj, do not be upset over this VIP nonsense. This was Your Blessing in Disguise. Much good luck to you in every game you play!!
